Ariel Winter let it all hang out in short shorts and a crop top for lunch at Urth Cafe in West Hollywood yesterday, and the actress certainly hasn't been shy about showing off her curves in recent months. She practically lives in this ensemble!

The Modern Family star has found tons of self-confidence since undergoing a breast reduction, but she seems to be courting the same attention that she previously complained about.

"It made me feel really uncomfortable, because as women in the industry, we are totally oversexualized and treated like objects. Every article that has to do with me on a red carpet had to do with 'Ariel Winter's Crazy Cleavage!' or 'Ariel Winter Shows Huge Boobs at an Event!' That's all people would recognize me by – not, 'Oh, she does great work on Modern Family,'" she told Glamour last year.

Courtney Stodden didn't appreciate Brody Jenner taking a dig at her during The Hills anniversary special, so she took to her Instagram to tell him how she really feels in this epic video. The blonde bombshell dons a teeny tiny top and smokes a cigarette as she tears the reality star apart, and it's pretty much the best thing to ever hit the Internet!

"Oh my god, don't even get me started on that Brody Jenner. He's an a**hole... seriously. He is such as ass. One, he's derogatory towards women, basically categorizing women as they're like, talentless. Two, kicking a woman when she's down. I've been dealing with so much lately. Your timing is sh*t, Brody. And three, I don't think you can act. So... why don't we do an act off? I challenge you. I can act circles around your ass. Seriously. So, an act off or a f*ck off? Prick!" she rants.

Sandra Bullock and boyfriend Bryan Randall keep a pretty low profile, so they did their best to sneak out of celeb hot spot Craig's after dinner last night. The actress sat shotgun as her photographer beau got behind the wheel, but we still managed to catch a glimpse of them on their way out.

The actress seems smitten with her silver-haired stud, who has moved into her home and assumed the father figure role with her kids Louie and Laila.

"Sandy has found her soul mate. Her friends and family love seeing Sandy so happy. Sandra and Bryan are in euphoria. She is where she finally wants to be with a partner," a source dished to E!.

Amber Heard missed her court ordered deposition at 10am this morning in LA due to an "emergency," TMZ reports. "To no fault of her own, Amber was unable to arrange for a flight to travel from London," court documents state. The actress has been avoiding the deposition for her Johnny Depp abuse case like the plague, and was even screaming and crying when Depp's lawyers attempted to conduct it last week.

The blonde beauty's lawyers Samantha Spector and Joseph Koenig are trying to distract from their client's no-show by attacking Depp's legal team. "Johnny's counsel continues to wage a malicious war against Amber in the Court of Public Opinion in an effort to intimidate and discourage Amber from telling the truth," they whine in the docs.

"It is a disturbing shame that Johnny's lawyers continue to pursue a relentless personal attack against Amber," they added.

Heard's lawyers have request that the depo be moved to Saturday. Interestingly, they also attached a letter from the Rum Diaries star accusing the Pirates of the Carribean star's lawyers of reneging on a settlement agreement, but they claim they sent the letter to the A-list star and are awaiting his approval.

If Amber's trying to appear credible, she's certainly not doing herself any favors!

We're always looking for a reason to be here and this gave us a really good reason. I think Rio and Brazil's doing a good job of hosting," he told CBC.

Tyga managed to avoid jail by coughing up the $480K he owed his former Malibu landlord, but he never would have done it had a warrant for his arrest not have been issued earlier this week.

"The case got settled. Tyga paid. It’s been executed and everything has been performed. We expect things to get back to the way they were. We will inform the court that the settlement has been reached and that all parties are satisfied," property owner's lawyer Boris Treyzon tells Us Weekly.

"His history in this case has been that he's ignoring this obligation and many others. This is not the only judgment that is against him. I think we are the only ones who took it this far, because it's a large amount. We take our representation very seriously and we will continue to do it until our client is satisfied. Hopefully, now he understands there are repercussions and we will continue to push this matter forward. We will go wherever we have to go to make sure our client is paid," he added to People.

Amber Rose caught a flight out of LAX last night, and even though she didn't seem to be in a super big rush, she breezed right by a fan waiting for autograph and they got pissed! "I won't be watching your new show," the fan yelled as the TV host made her way inside the terminal.

The VH1 star could have just been tired from all the nights she stays up thinking about son Sebastian.

"As a mom, you have a million different fears. You don’t sleep at night. You think about all the worst things that could possibly happen to your baby, and it really sucks," she recently told People.

"I literally almost shed a tear every single time when he hugs me really tight and he says, ‘Oh, Mommy, I love you so much.' I want him to do any and every thing that makes him smile and be happy forever," she added.

Vin Diesel continued to tease details about his rumored feud with The Rock in a Facebook live video yesterday, even though he doesn't actually reveal anything. "I will tell you everything. Once I see the movie, I'll come back and tell you everything," he promised. You said the same thing yesterday, bro!

Reports claim it's Vin that's the entitled pain in the ass, while The Rock is the true professional, but co-star Tyrese is coming to Diesel's defense. "If no one else will jump out there and stand up I will - You're my brother for life let's keep it positive and keep rockin this thing...... My proudest post...... #FastFamily #F8," he captioned an Instagram photo of the pair.

The Rock, meanwhile, isn't denying there's drama, but refuses to name names.

"You guys reading this know how much I believe in the idea of team effort. That means respecting every person, their time and their value when they step onto my set or partner with our production company. And like with any team, that's a family, there's gonna be conflict. Family is gonna have differences of opinion and fundamental core beliefs. To me, conflict can be a good thing, when it's followed by great resolution. I was raised on healthy conflict and welcome it. And like any family, we get better from it," he wrote in a follow-up Instagram post.
