Zayn Malik was forced to cancel a performance at Wembley Stadium earlier this month because of crippling anxiety, and now the "Pillow Talk" crooner is revealing more about his battle with the mental health condition, which he attributes in part to his hard partying lifestyle.

"I've not been feeling too well recently because I've been partying too much and not looking after myself and eating enough food. I'm just trying to take care of myself," he confessed to Paper magazine.

We're slightly shocked how candid he's being about the whole thing, considering he was always the one who craved privacy during his time being part of One Direction.

"With the magnitude of the event I have suffered the worst anxiety of my career. I cannot apologise enough but I want to be honest with everyone who has patiently waited to see me, I promise I will do my best to make this up to everybody I've let down today. I know those who suffer anxiety will understand and I hope those who don't can empathises with my situation," he wrote on his Instagram prior to his concert cancellation.

Truth be told, we've been wondering about what's been going on with the sexy Brit for years! He also looked so worn out and skinny, and now it all makes sense!

It's been a rough 24 hours for the actress!

Selma Blair's most recent boyfriend arrived at her house in Studio City carrying flowers and gifts this morning, and it appears he's doing everything he can to cheer up the Anger Management star after her bizarre airplane meltdown on Monday. It's been all over the news, so no wonder she's gone into hiding.

The actress was returning from a vacation in Cancun with her son Arthur and ex Jason Bleick when the incident occurred.

Blair allegedly drank lots of wine during the flight and was seen mixing some sort of medication with her alcohol before becoming belligerent. She reportedly screamed "He burns my private parts. He won't let me eat or drink. He beats me. He's going to kill me," TMZ reported. A pilot reportedly radioed ahead to ground crew to have EMTs on hand as soon as they landed, whereby medical personnel boarded the plane and carried Blair off on a stretcher. So mortifying.

Her rep has yet to issue a statement, but her young child is currently with his father. Bleick Instagrammed the below pic just a few hours ago, and it seems he's doing his best to maintain a level of normalcy for little Arthur. Such a sad situation!

Kelly Osbourne is about to let it rip in her new tell-all book, There’s No F*cking Secret, which is be released in Spring 2017.

The outspoken personality, who went to rehab in 2004 and 2009, for addition issues tells many tales about how she found her confidence through many trials and tribulations.

The former Fashion Police host told Us Magazine, “Growing up in the spotlight has come with its ups and downs and my life has been far from normal, but I am finally at a place where I feel empowered to be who I really am."

Angelina Jolie and son Knox caught a flight out of JFK this morning after she delivered an emotional speech in Washington D.C. to mark World Refugee Day yesterday, and we have to hand it to the actress for being so hands-on with the global crisis.

"If I ask people for anything on this day, it is to take a moment and to truly grasp what a refugee crisis of today's magnitude means for peace and security of the world. I ask people to understand that with 65 million people displaced by conflict, we are facing a world of wars we cannot ignore or turn our backs on," she declared during an appearance at the U.S. State Department in our nation's capital.

"We face a very clear choice: to continue as we are and see displacement and insecurity grow, or to come together with other nations and find a new approach, one that does not focus solely on aid and resettlement but on solution, stability and returns. Strength lies in mastering and channeling our emotions so that we pursue policies that reduce – not inflame – threats to our security. We need leadership. We need solutions," she continued.

The Oscar winner and John Kerry went on to denounce the growing "xenophobia" in the U.S. in what appeared to be a subtle dig at Donald Trump.

"We're living in a contentious time when some try to make a negative out of being a refugee or somehow turn people who are refugees into threats," Kerry explained. "They are American; they're as American as anybody; and they have a story to tell about how America keeps faith with people's dreams and hopes and aspirations," Kerry stated.

Selena Gomez has finally come to Carpool Karaoke! The "Hands to Myself" singer made her CK debut on Monday night and it was chock full of fun, roller coasters and McDonalds!

The brunette babe hit the town with funnyman James Corden and sang her hits "Same Old Love," "Hands To Myself" and "Love You Like A Love Song" -- but our favorite part is when they stopped at an amusement park and rode some 'coasters and sang "Come & Get It"!

After the death-defying ride, the duo hit up the Golden Arches because Gomez's lyrics are on one of the cups and they wanted to sneak a peek (and grab some grub on the go!).

The 23-year-old year old also talked about her best friend, Taylor Swift, and the squad, referring to herself as the "OG member." She even gave Tay's music a shout out with a Carpool Karaoke rendition of "Shake It Off."

We also dig that Gomez talked feminism when Corden joked that the squad needed to add a guy, saying "I think this industry could use a little female sexism. "I think we have a right to be that way! Find me a boyfriend and then we'll talk about [including a guy]," joked Gomez.

She's so sassy!

Although Gomez, who has been single for some years now, admitted that she's open to a new romance, she quickly added that she likes to have fun, playing coy and laughing along as Corden questioned if she'd like to have men in multiple cities.

In case you didn't know, this guy is super close with the whole Kardashian clan, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, and a host of other celebs, and he even married Kim and Kanye at their wedding in Florence.

Kourt has been spending a lot of time with The Lord in recent months after calling it quits with him last summer, and recent episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians seem to be hinting at a possible reunion. The reality star tried moving on by engaging in hot hookups with The Biebs, only to be left in the dust when he began romancing Hailey Baldwin and a bunch of other chicks.

(UPDATE: The rapper is actually the one moving out. Iggy took to Twitter on Tuesday to clarify the reports that she'd kicked Nick out, explaining, "I never had anyone's car towed nor did I kick nick out of 'my' house. The home belongs to nick, I am the one moving. Thanks.")

None of this looks good for the Lakers player, but we're glad to see that things are over between Iggy and Nick -- because that strong lady deserves a better man! The two have been on the verge of breaking up for months after a video leaked back in March that featured the NBA star admitting to cheating on the singer.

The clip was allegedly secretly taped by his Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell, and Swaggy P is furious! In the video, thought to be filmed this past summer, Russell is lounging at home talking to Young on the phone about his various sexual escapades."You was 30, she was 19?" Russell is heard saying during the conversation. "What about Amber Rose, you ain't never tried?" he added.

The Australian bombshell addressed Young's alleged infidelity during a radio interview at they time, and sounded like she was choosing to believe her man. "Hey, that’s part of being a basketball player. There’s always something. When people come out and say things, and have their entire [press plan] where they do 700 interviews about the one time you catcalled me out of a car supposedly, to me that takes a bit of the potential authenticity of the story away. I believe my man, and Nick is a super nice guy. This is not the kind of thing he would do," she told 92.3 AMP Radio's Shoboy in the Morning.

Demi Lovato announced in a series of tweets that she is quitting Twitter and Instagram, citing Internet trolls' nasty comments as the reason she's choosing to leave the social media outlets. The singer did, however, decide to keep her Snapchat account.

"Damn I gotta quit sayin s**t. Bye Twitter," she wrote. "And insta. I like snapchat cause I don't have to see what some of y'all say. Follow me if you want: theddlovato," she continued.

We have to wonder if the "Heart Attack" songstress' decision has something to do with her breakup with longtime boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, or her recent diss of Mariah Carey.

In case you missed it, the former Disney star ignited a feud with the legendary diva after commenting on a meme and accusing Mimi of being a mean girl. "This is why I posted what I did. Jen[Lopez] keeps it classy but I'm not afraid to say sh*t. The woman is mean for no reason. Extremely talented? Yes. Superhuman? Possibly. Unnecessarily rude? Absolutely," she explained on Instagram.

She received significant backlash from the Grammy winner's fan base, and it sounds like her new attempt to stay silent is motivated by her desire to be recognized for more important things. "But why do people actually give a f**k what I say?? like if you don't care the gtfo haha. That one time I started my own charity providing mental health care for people who can't afford it and this is what y'all talk about. And people wonder what's wrong with the world. Pay more attention to good than bad," she added.
