The problem is that Jolie, the person is more known and admired at such degree that people tends to subestimate her talent. She is a good actress and the movie is good. The same happens to Brad Pitt, but they are really really ACTORS. And I don't blame envious people, for such is some price they have to pay for being such famous and spectaculars.

It's true about their foreign market appeal. The EX and her PR team have done a good job demonizing AJ & BP over the last 4 yrs and it has affected their domestic BO totals, which is a shame. I give her credit for branching out of the action movie genre with dramatic films that challenge her acting abilities instead of always going the romcom route like his EX, even if the BO totals aren't that great. This looks like it will be a good film and will make lots of $$ both here and abroad.

She has SO had work done. And might I add, she can NOT do everything, she was unwatchable in Alexander, or maybe she was the comic relief.

Angelina is very cool and a very good actress. She is not just an action star, she does drama and thrill very well also, I enjoyed "Changeling". It caused just about every emotion possible, it was worth being nominated for her performance. I like the Russian accent, I know she will do a good job there as well.

Why does she keep doing Action movie because SHE was approached by the producers and they know the name Angelina Jolie is known all over the world also because they going to pay her 15 mil + backend deal.
