Identical twins are RANDOM. There is no known gene (at least none yet) that causes the egg to split in half, thus creating identical twins. Fraternal twins ARE genetic. If a woman is pregnant for fraternal twins, her husband had ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NOTHING to do with it. The gene that causes 2 eggs to be dropped to be fertilized is inherited genetically from HER SIDE OF THE FAMILY. However, a man can have fraternal twins running in his family and his DAUGHTER has very good chances of giving birth to fraternal twins because she inherited the gene from her father's family. The gene can be passed from father to son to son but there has to be a female to hand that gene down to. So, the gene for fraternal twins can be passed to a daughter or a son by the father or mother. Fraternal twins are more common-thus, it would make sense if they are fraternal. The only twins that are genetically "linked" to any sex is identical twins since it is something in the sperm that causes the split. As far as them having more children, if they are pregnant-KUDOS to them!! You are all idiots. The picture above is dated 2006, not 2008. Learn how to read. Identical twins are seen 1 in 90-100 births and occurs when the fertilized egg splits. No one has been able to determine why this happens and it certainly isn't genetic. Faternal twins happen when 2 or more independent eggs are fertilized creating offspring with different genetic material. This can be a genetic trait in some women, but mainly just a fluke or a result of fertility medications.

They are both pitiful people. There are more than enough children down in LA, that needs homes, but they go outside of the US to adopt. Nothing really wrong with that, but start in your own backyard. We are the only country that goes around to 3rd world nations and adopt kids. No one comes here an adpots kids - think about it. They want the world to look at them and say, "aren't the wonderful" for adopting all these kids. They are not special people, they just have some $$$$.
