A lot of the pictures showed her very out of it and drunk (many were pictures from x17). Lots of reports of Britney puking and passing out. She WAS going crazy, flashing her privates all over the place and doing lot's of crazy things night after night (the evidence is all there too). She was not showing up for her business (pop star business) when she was supposed to be recording and doing all that other stuff. It is a job and she is supposed to show up for work just like any of us are. We all saw her going crazy, shaving her head, crying, neglecting her kids, partying till 6AM every morning and NOT being with her new born babies so she could go out and be a psycho. Putting her in rehab was the right thing to do. Unfortunatly she needs more then that as we can see.

Secondly, IT IS ILLIGAL TO SURVE THE PAPERS YOURSELF. IF YOU DO, THEY ARE THEN INVALID. They must be surved by a process server who is sent by the courts to make it legal. So Brintey can't serve her own mother. Check the laws on this. I have had people surved myself in the past on court cases and I won those cases. But you are not allowed to serve them yourself. So this picture and story from x17 is a lie and they know it.
