I don't really see Britney doing anything at all. To be fair she hasn't got much ground to contest it. She can protest that she's in good health and everything but the courts and the hospital would've been in contact with eachother, and the judge would know that the only reason she was let out was because they had no law of standing to hold her against her will.
Plus there is so much more to this, than what we know. For the judge to give over conservatorshp to Jamie, there must've been significant evidence that she was going to harm herself or others. Just because she spent nearly a week in the hospital does not mean she's well. And she isnt. Look at what she did when she got out. She's driving recklessly, she's falling into the same crowd again, nothing seems to have changed.
Also, I find it weird that she would fight it, because her dad is at her house, surely she would need to be secretive if she were to over-throw him, it just seems odd that he would spend all his time at her house and to then be fighting it out in court a few hours later.

If the doctors say she's not crazy then her only thinking about herself all the time is just plain SELFISH. She is just selfish and greedy. Now that she's out she's back to the same crazy routine. Driving aimlessly, checking in and out of hotels, hooking up with paps. UCLA did no good at all - they didn't have enough time. If she gets control back it's only going to get worse.

The only bright spot I see is that so far General Sam hasn't resurfaced. Since his motive is money and Britney doesn't control her assets he has no reason to. If Britney is put back in control of her money he'll reappear to fight that restraining order in a New York second.

Sam LutfiTMZ has confirmed that Sam Lutfi has not been served with the restraining order sought by Brit's parents-- yet.

If he comes in contact with Britney, it technically wouldn't violate the restraining order issued against him -- since he hasn't officially been given notice.

It's a technicality, yes, but Sam could argue he doesn't know about the TRO since he hasn't even seen it.

Of course, he'd also have to prove he doesn't use the Internet ... or read the newspapers ... or watch TV or ...

Brit's Family to Wasser: Come Back!!

TMZ has learned disso queen Laura Wasser paid a secret visit at the UCLA psych ward last Tuesday, and the family wants Laura back as Brit's custody attorney.

Wasser, who repped Brit in the divorce, quit the case -- we're told because Britney wouldn't listen to her. But sources say Jamie and Lynne want her back.

TMZ knows Jamie wants to 86 Trope and Trope as Brit's reps, in part because they have been chummy with Sam Lutfi. People at UCLA say Britney "lit up" when she saw Wasser. But there's a hitch -- we're told the deal will be sealed ONLY if Britney doesn't fight the conservatorship. As of Tuesday, she was fine letting Jamie call the shots, but it looks like that's changed.

If Brit accepts the conservatorship and Jamie is at the reins, Laura Wasser could be back in the Britney

I wouldn't count Jamie out quite yet. There is still much he can do. Britney is going to have a fight on her hands because the judge will not make this decision lightly. Her antics since she left the hospital is not going to help in this matter and we can all assume it will get worse as time goes on. Don't underestimate the power of the law. Jamie is still conservator and that has a lot of power. Britney may find out it is not leagl for her to make any contracts without Jamie's knowledge. This outcome may surprise everyone.

After her release, Britney went to the Beverly Hills Hotel where Adnan Ghalib met her. Jamie Spears showed up with court documents and decided he want to land some verbal kickass on Adnan's chin landing strip. The Daily Mail reports:
Following a conference with hotel security, Mr Spears entered Britney's room to remind her she was still under conservatorship, and told Adnan: "You'd better be paying for the room".
By the end of the day, Britney, her father and Adnan were all at the singer's home, where they spent the night.

I knew that once she came out she was running to Adnan. I wouldn't be surprised if Sam is still her best friend. This was all done by her mom not Shitney. I also knew she was going to be mad as hell when she found out what her parents did while she was in there. They were trying to help her but she doesn't see it that way. I thinks she's crazy and needs help. I give up on her.

After a standoff with her father last night at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Britney Spears returned to her home at The Summit with dad Jamie and boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, capping off yet another eventful day for the pop tart.

Following her release from the psychiatric unit at UCLA Medical Center in the morning, she briefly went home with her parents before hopping in her Mercedes and driving erratically through the streets of Los Angeles, ending up at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she hooked up with Adnan.

Jamie is also expected in court, where it's thought he'll be asking to have the conservator's orders enforced, so that his oldest daughter can get the medical treatment she needs.

TMZ just received the following statement from Brit's attorney Adam Streisand:

"At the request of Britney Spears, Adam Streisand, a Partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP, met with her yesterday to discuss her legal rights in connection with the conservatorship over her person and estate. Following that meeting, Mr. Streisand learned that the court had issued orders that prevent Ms. Spears from retaining counsel of her own choosing, and on that basis, Mr.Streisand has decided he will not represent her at this time."
