We've all seen how gung-ho the paps can be when trying to get Britney Spears on fim - well, here's what happens when they've gotta pay the consequences! The Queen B was attempting to leave a medical facility yesterday afternoon when one overzealous photog (not one of ours) darted in front of her car in the hopes of getting a shot. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to get out of the way in time and ended up having his foot run over by Brit! Luckily, the guy immediately confirmed to our camera that he was OK - thank goodness!
Hey, he's not the first guy to fall for Brit!
