Landlord to Brit: Pay Your Rent, Bitch!

As if Britney hasn't had enough tsuris, her Malibu landlord tried evicting her this month.

TMZ has seen documents sent to the official lessee for Brit -- Love Shack Trust. The documents, dated February 14, states that Brit was more than two weeks late in paying her $35,000-a-month rent. A $2,100 late charged kicked in, which was not paid. The documents state that Love Shack must either pay up or "surrender and deliver up possession of said Premises..."

There's an interesting last line in the docs, citing Section 594 of the Penal Code of California: "Every person who maliciously injures or destroys any real or personal property not his own...is guilty of vandalism."

Sources tell us Brit's financial peeps (not Jamie) screwed up but Love Shack is now current on rent and late fees and it's all kumbaya in Malibu.

While I agree that she shouldn't showcase her stomach anymore, I definitely don't think her neck, shoulders, or legs are much better. Britney has a very thick neck, fatty back and non-descript shoulders. Her legs are ok, but she wears the boots to cover her cankles.

As some of you know, I’ve have been nursing the flu. However, yesterday, I had another excellent discussion with Ms. Cheese. She trusted her instincts and knew from the content and writing style that it was me. I have enjoyed her writing immensely and have taken pleasure in reminding her that she’s a smart and observant young woman. I think she would make an outstanding documentary filmmaker. She and a few others have shared a vignette of their professional lives with me; I’ll return the gesture. In my younger years, I worked as a journalist, hence the familial phrase “Ink Sisters.” It paid my way through grad school. I am a Professor of Social and Cultural Anthropology nearing retirement. X17 is not a scholarly journal. Here, I allow myself to write colloquial English, use mainstream slang, acronyms, occasional emoticons and (gasp!) even a few typos. I abhor profuse vulgarity and avoid online squabbles. If anyone reading chooses to believe that I am a party to the fighting that frequently occurs in these threads, you are sorely mistaken. As the hoary expression goes, “To each, his own.” More to follow later.

While I agree posters should know the facts about Britney, before they post an opinion about her life, I think teling people to study up on how to be a good debater is stupid. she should be focusing on her kids and since she doesnt have them 24/7 she has alot of time to spare so im sure danceing keeps her preoccupied cant blame her for that. the outfit in this pic is just ugly she's just one of those ppl that wear whatever they like no matter what everyone else thinks alot of ppl do that so it's her life if she wants to wear what 99.9% of us thinks stinks then so be it. i honestley haven't seen her wear anything that I would consider tasteful. This is what a 26 year old mother of 2 in the entertainment business should wear to regain the respect of the fans. Ok it's now march so a nice set of black wide leg and cuffed capris with black pointed toe boots, a layerd lace cami champagne and black in color no midriff showing, hair in an awesome swipping bob with highlights of carmel as far as makeup goes some soft pastels and pink lipstick. what do you think??
