For months, she has been going to fitness clubs without any visible results. If anything, her stomach even got bigger. Then, she disappears for 8 days or so and returns slimmer than she's been in a long time. So what's the deal?

Please note that the operational word is "slimmer". Not toned or good looking or healthy.

Because her head is still big and strangely puffy, and her chin is saggier than ever. Her upper lids have the tired limpy look of a woman of over 50. Her ridiculously short upper arms are still fat and chubby and NOT toned up at all (please check the first pic above). The length of her upper arms from the armpit to the elbow is shorter than her entire head which everyone must admit looks quite freakish.

Her legs are still fugly fat short tree-trunks. Regular exercise would have also improved her hair because vigorous exercise brings oxygen to cells and more fuel, thus improving the regeneration and growth while at the same time speeding up the removal of the toxins.

Losing weight by moving her body would have resulted in a refreshed, lively, clear skinned and well toned young woman of 26, glowing from health. It's quite obvious that this is not what we have right here. The only time Shitney looks young and fresh is on photoshopped pics and in blurry videos.

So, how come she looks slimmer then? Well, knowing Shitney she took shortcuts like she always does. Healthy eating was not involved because we saw she still eats crap. She had a lipo because nobody loses so much weight in their mid section but no weight on their huge head or fat upper arms. (In her case, liposuction was probably not enough and it's a safe bet that she had abdominoplasty where they not only remove the fat but also some skin and sew you up real tight. This gives the abs a toned look but the upper arms and the rest remain flab. It's the main giveaway).
