I had to declaw my one cat because she had this habit of jumping up on my shoulder and using her claws harshly. The last time she did it, she actually lost one of her nails into my skin. Britney has been losing money for the last few years. She used to be at $120,000,000 around 2002. Now she only has a fraction of that. She used to tour all the time, she was paid big money all the time for being on the cover of major magazines, TV show, TV spots, and a ton of other things she was always doing, and major merchandising. Now she does nothing but HIMYM twice in the last few years.

If you look at it, an artist makes most of their money off of touring and merchandise. The record companies usually make most of the money off of the artists CD's. In fact, those artists usually don't even see any money off of their CD's for a long time. That is why artists do so much merchandising these days, tours, and guest spots on shows etc. That is where they get their money.

Each CD that Britney has put out has sold way less in the first six months from its release then the previous CD she put out. Her last one (Blackout) sold only around 1.5 million here in the US to date, and another 1 million+ worldwide. And Jive had to buy a lot of those downloads in order to hype sales, and was their way to promote her CD since she was not being cooperative and would not show up for any kind of promotion.. This was latter confirmed by CNN and channel 7 news about Jive buying the downloads of about 100,000 copies at the beginning of the release of her CD and singles off of it. Also some employees that left Jive around that time also confirmed it.

And her fans admitted to buying multiple copies to try and drive the sales up. They even started drives on the net to do so. But when Britney first came out, no one had to do anything like that. Yet none of that money from her CD sales does she see until way later if the sales are really great. Since she has not done a tour since 2004, four years ago (the house of blues does not count as a real tour, and she did not make any real money off of that), and her perfumes are not selling well now for the last couple of years, and all the major bills she has, you can bet she is NOT making any real money now. So a false report of her making around $700,000 a month is ridiculous.

If she was to make 7,000,000 a months, that would be around $8,400,000 a year. That is not that much after you look at all her expenses and her major lifestyle. And especially when you take in to account the IRS who gets a big amount of it. All her house payments, all her lawyer fees, child support, all the help (bodyguards, nanny’s, doctor bills such as psychiatrists, and all the medical bills, her parents, legal costs of her cars, insurance for houses, herself, her kids, her businesses, all the court costs and a ton of other expenses and bills she has, and also all the major spending she does all the time on buying new properties and cars and a lot of other things.) You also have to remember all the people that were ripping her off for quite some time such as Sam Lufti, and Adnan, and others. She does not even have control of her money now since her powers were taken away from her by a court of law. She is now just getting an allowance of $1,500. She has sued a lot of people in the past and lost, such as US magazine and others, and been sued by others in the past such as Nike, other business partners and others. And now she is involved in major lawsuits with her X-husband that she started by filing the papers first because she did not want him to have 50% custody since she was angry at him. And because of this she now has no custody and is now mentally unbalanced to a very deep degree by her own doing.

She is most certainly NOT making the big money she used to. If she had around $120,000,000 in 2002. That means she made well over 40 million a years from around 2000 to 2002 (about three years). But you know the first year (1999) does not make that much since she had to pay others in order to catch up when you first start. That is common for all artists and their contracts. They don’t see any money the first year or even the second sometimes. So most of that was in the second and third years. Now she is probably making more like 2 million a year at this time from residuals and kickbacks etc.

Her mental bills alone must be enormous. And all the help she pays is huge, and hall her legal bills are incredible. She is paying big outward, and is getting very little back. That is why her parents are so desperate to get her on HIMYM and any other shows. That is why they put a major leash on her and a court ordered conservatorship and are now controlling all her money. That is why they are so desperate to get out a new CD and everything else to get her to tour and sell merchandise. That is why her father took a whole bunch of her cars back and is trying to sell off property and everything they don’t’ need for her. Even the IRS said she had not been paying her bills on some items. She is a mess and does not have anywhere close to the money she used to have. It is very realistic that she may be broke in two or three years if her handlers do not do something about it right now.

We will now have to see what they do with her and how it turns out in the next two to three years. In the major bad mental state she is in right now, it is possible she may never fully recover mentally or even financially. If she had been left to run around crazy the way she was doing, then she would have ended up broke for certain in a couple more years or so and quite possibly even dead.

At this point all we can do is wait and see what happens. But one thing is sure. She will never be as famous, rich, and together as she looked for the first three years of her career.

I am going to be the first person to admit that I have a mental illness. Belive me, it is an illness and I have suffered tremendously because of it. It is something I would not wish on anyone. I think that people forget the "illness" part of mental illness. I am not a bad person. And I have really tried to recover and have been very successful so far. I wish the best for anyone that is suffering as well. Someone like Britney Spears can really take the stigma away from it. You wouldn't make fun of her if she was physically ill. Why is this any different? People: please try to have some compassion. I know several people who have suffered from mental illness and committed suicide. They are greatly missed by their friends and family. Please try to help anyone you know that may be suffering.

Kira, Ive been in 1 tornado and that was when I lived in SLC in Aug of '97 I believe. Pretty scary shit. We didnt know what it was because we didnt see it, the sky just got black and really windy all of the sudden, next thing I knew my sisters one side of her house was destroyed. It wasnt until later we realized it was a tornado. That shit just dont happen here. BTW, when you dream of tornadoes depending on what is happening in the dream, it usually signafies feeling overwhelmed, our of control or emational outburts. Maybe your in a destructive relationship?? it can also mean someone around you is prone to violence. I always look up dream interpration for my dreams.:)

That is not true. Charges are NOT always filed in such cases. The judge also said she was a constant and habitual drug user, yet he did not file charges against her for that now did he. When someone is real fucked up like Brintey, they try a lot of times to get them professional help instead of filing charges which would most likely have put her in jail. If she does have a mental condition, then the judge would have taken that in to account. That is why the judge took them away from her istead and asked that she be put under guidence.

It was reported on the news, channel 7 and on CNN, that Jive had been buying a lot of the downloads from iTunes to create an image of lots of people buying her CD. They basically spent no money on promo because Britney was going way insane at that time and they could not get her to do anything. They even had to make a cartoon video of her since she would not even show up. Some x-employees also said Jive did that, and that is how they decided to do their promo for her, and to try and create hysteria by making it look like her CD was a hot seller, but it was not.

And her fans made a big deal out of how they were buying multiple copies of her CD to try and push sales up. There were a major number of drives to do so. Her sales were very poor and even the first week of sales was really bad. It was by far her worst selling CD.

And to act like it was great because it sold with no promo is stupid. She did not sell well at all. It also shows what kind if people would support her when the CD was very highly produced without her involvement much. Her vocals were heavily enhanced with machines, pitch correcting software in the studio, and she was drowned out with all the music covering up her vocals since she can't sing. The only reason it sold at all is because of her past fame. So in a matter of fact, it did very poorly, and was her worst efforts ever. She is now over because of it except for maybe some guest spots on low rated TV shows, and some House of Blues tours etc.

If you are a fan, then it only shows what kind of people you support: a drug addict/alcoholic, child abuser that has had her kids taken away by a court of law, has no respect for marriage, she is a very selfish and narcissistic person, and she lip-synchs live and can't act. She is very self-destructive and very mean to others. This is what you defend? Thank God I don't have to be around slime like you. You would probably kill your own mother for $20 bucks. Nope just two weeks from me. I only found this site last week. There are many concerned parents in this world that do care about the internet and sites like this and the impact it is having on children. Her looks are gone forever; she has a linebacker neck, major zits all over her face, tree trunk legs, fat gut, puffy face from the meds, fake greasy nasty hair extensions, and just plain ugly all over. She eats the worst food, smokes cigarettes all day and constantly mistreats her body.

And her sister Jaime Lynne is pregnant at 16 and a slut. She is going in the same direction that Britney has gone. Jamie will probably end up crazy too since it is a major genetic trait in that family.

Their father Jamie is an alcoholic, divorced, and had a bankruptcy by the time Britney’s career took off. He now lives off of Britney’s money and does not have a job since his full time job is taking care of his mentally challenged and dumb daughter (Britney). And he himself is as dumb as a doorpost, and did not step in when Lynne was whoring out her own daughters so she could make money off of them. He has no guts at all but is a coward himself. And you can tell that his watching Britney 24/7 is taking its toll on him. He will probably have a nervous breakdown of his own in the future from all the stress.

How hard can it be to ride around in limos, have millions of dollars, be treated like a queen, have everyone write all the music for you, do all the stage setups, dress you, do all the work in the studio and on stage with machines so you can pretend to sing (lip-synch), and basically do ALL the work for you so all you have to do is show up for the show, pretend to be an artists , do some dancing on stage, and then be treated like you are great.

Britney did not do any real work at all. She just showed up for a couple of hours a night and played like a kid. Any teenager would have considered that the best fantasy in the world. So stop acting like she had it hard. There are millions of people that grew up with major child abuse, sexual abuse and heavy mental problems, and they had to make due with it all. And they still had to get jobs and work 8 or more hours a day at jobs they did not like, and they still turned out fine and made a life for themselves and are happy. So stop with the “poor Britney crap”. Britney did all this stupid stuff to herself and deserves what she is getting.

Britney has been losing money for the last few years. She used to be at $120,000,000 around 2002. Now she only has a fraction of that. She used to tour all the time, she was paid big money all the time for being on the cover of major magazines, TV show, TV spots, and a ton of other things she was always doing, and major merchandising. Now she does nothing but HIMYM twice in the last few years.

If you look at it, an artist makes most of their money off of touring and merchandise. The record companies usually make most of the money off of the artists CD's. In fact, those artists usually don't even see any money off of their CD's for a long time. That is why artists do so much merchandising these days, tours, and guest spots on shows etc. That is where they get their money.

Each CD that Britney has put out has sold way less in the first six months from its release then the previous CD she put out. Her last one (Blackout) sold only around 1.5 million here in the US to date, and another 1 million+ worldwide. And Jive had to buy a lot of those downloads in order to hype sales, and was their way to promote her CD since she was not being cooperative and would not show up for any kind of promotion.. This was latter confirmed by CNN and channel 7 news about Jive buying the downloads of about 100,000 copies at the beginning of the release of her CD and singles off of it. Also some employees that left Jive around that time also confirmed it.

And her fans admitted to buying multiple copies to try and drive the sales up. They even started drives on the net to do so. But when Britney first came out, no one had to do anything like that. Yet none of that money from her CD sales does she see until way later if the sales are really great. Since she has not done a tour since 2004, four years ago (the house of blues does not count as a real tour, and she did not make any real money off of that), and her perfumes are not selling well now for the last couple of years, and all the major bills she has, you can bet she is NOT making any real money now. So a false report of her making around $700,000 a month is ridiculous.

If she was to make 7,000,000 a months, that would be around $8,400,000 a year. That is not that much after you look at all her expenses and her major lifestyle. And especially when you take in to account the IRS who gets a big amount of it. All her house payments, all her lawyer fees, child support, all the help (bodyguards, nanny’s, doctor bills such as psychiatrists, and all the medical bills, her parents, legal costs of her cars, insurance for houses, herself, her kids, her businesses, all the court costs and a ton of other expenses and bills she has, and also all the major spending she does all the time on buying new properties and cars and a lot of other things.) You also have to remember all the people that were ripping her off for quite some time such as Sam Lufti, and Adnan, and others. She does not even have control of her money now since her powers were taken away from her by a court of law. She is now just getting an allowance of $1,500. She has sued a lot of people in the past and lost, such as US magazine and others, and been sued by others in the past such as Nike, other business partners and others. And now she is involved in major lawsuits with her X-husband that she started by filing the papers first because she did not want him to have 50% custody since she was angry at him. And because of this she now has no custody and is now mentally unbalanced to a very deep degree by her own doing.

She is most certainly NOT making the big money she used to. If she had around $120,000,000 in 2002. That means she made well over 40 million a years from around 2000 to 2002 (about three years). But you know the first year (1999) does not make that much since she had to pay others in order to catch up when you first start. That is common for all artists and their contracts. They don’t see any money the first year or even the second sometimes. So most of that was in the second and third years. Now she is probably making more like 2 million a year at this time from residuals and kickbacks etc.

Her mental bills alone must be enormous. And all the help she pays is huge, and hall her legal bills are incredible. She is paying big outward, and is getting very little back. That is why her parents are so desperate to get her on HIMYM and any other shows. That is why they put a major leash on her and a court ordered conservatorship and are now controlling all her money. That is why they are so desperate to get out a new CD and everything else to get her to tour and sell merchandise. That is why her father took a whole bunch of her cars back and is trying to sell off property and everything they don’t’ need for her. Even the IRS said she had not been paying her bills on some items. She is a mess and does not have anywhere close to the money she used to have. It is very realistic that she may be broke in two or three years if her handlers do not do something about it right now.

We will now have to see what they do with her and how it turns out in the next two to three years. In the major bad mental state she is in right now, it is possible she may never fully recover mentally or even financially. If she had been left to run around crazy the way she was doing, then she would have ended up broke for certain in a couple more years or so and quite possibly even dead.

At this point all we can do is wait and see what happens. But one thing is sure. She will never be as famous, rich, and together as she looked for the first three years of her career.

She has taken no visible steps at self improvement and has only seemingly calmed down due to the heavy restrictions placed upon her. And this is only the tip of the iceberg, On that alone, I would consider that to be an abusive situation for the children. In all common sense, I cannot see how this is not abusive.

WOW!!! That is such an amazing synchronicity! Just as I came onto the Britney page, I picked up my lighter and was about to light my cigarette, when I saw the third picture of Britney - holding EXACTLY THE SAME LIGHTER!!!! Evidently many insurance companies believe that addiction is a disease because many of them will pay for drug and alcohol rehab. My insurance company does. I don't think that they would pay for it if it was not classified as a disease since it is health insurance. What I read about addiction is that there are those that have a predisposition to addiction and that even combat can be addictive to soldiers. Video games, pretty much anything that gives a person an adrenaline rush.

If you have a Psychology degree you know that Psychology students are required to learn all of the above information and more. I guess there are many that get the degree and do not know what to do with it. I hope you use some of what you learned in your 4 year degree plan. Most that graduate with a Psychology degree come out of school with a different opinion of themselves and others. And they know about diseases of the brain and neuropathways and how easy it is to become an addict. If you know about comorbidity then you know that most people that are adddicts also have some type of mental illness and you know that alcohol is a drug. Statistically that is proven and is taught in Psychology classes. I will not disclose to you how I know but if you have not figured it out yet by the information that I have provided to you then you are certainly not what you are claiming to be.
