The hearing was never supposed to take place next month! In January, they are reconvening and, at that time, Britney's lawyers were going to ask for more overnight time with the kids and driving rights back. The actual custody battle is nowhere near done.

In April, there is another court date set. It was hoped that all depositions would be done by then and the court and the people assigned to the case would have a full understanding of what type of parent each person was. With Britney (and Sam) not cooperating, it is holding up everything. Why should she get anything more when she won't cooperate?

I don't really follow any religion, but I DO appreciate the wonderful festive occasions that religions offer. I LOVE Christmas, and I love Halloween, I love a lot of the holidays. I wish there were more of them! But with this trend it seems like the ones in place now may survive, but new ones may never come to be. A long long time ago there were far more days observed for festive occasions, times of community and family celebration.
