You go to an authorized place that automatically sends them or you do the drug testing with the courts so the tests are automatically sent to the judge.

My guess is that she tried to be cute by using a private facility that's either not certified with the courts or held them back cuz they're dirty or "questionable."

She didn't. Therefore she loses the kids and visitation. TMZ did not lose those test results and it was not Federline's responsibility to deliver them to the courts.

Let's see...so, according to X-17, immediately after the hearing where Britney loses ALL contact with her kids (see the previous Britney post before this one) she is looking "happy and healthy" and is "nothing but smiles".

I would like to add that Britney has hired legal council who needs to step up the damage control side of this significantly and immediately. Given that this "trial" is being fought in the court of TMZ, Britney needs some positive spin and PR on her side to offset this constant barrage of negative rumors and baseless accusations coming from kfed's team.
