They used to call it cellulite; I have no idea what they call it now. You can build up muscle; you can take off weight - but that cottage cheese will be there forever unless you see a surgeon.

The procedure is a leg lift. They have to make an incision at the bottom of her buttocks & pull the skin upward; cut off the excess & stitch her up.

Thing of it is, most women who aren't terribly overweight don't see that until middle age. I had 2 kids & didn't see it until I was in my early 50s. Britney is just too young to be looking like that. This had to have come from her pregnancies.

1. Go back to the street drugs to control her weight -- and end up escalating and aggravating her mental disorder. If she does, her mental disorder causes her to spend money excessively, feeds her addiction to the paps, makes her vulnerable for dysfunctional behavior and scamers like Lutfi, and then the depression over being broke, sick and scammed will probably push her early death.

2. The second choice is to recognize her mental illness, reconcile herself to the fact that her physical appearance will change -- she will get a lot bigger than this. She will be mentally healthier and be able to live to enjoy being a Mommy to her beautiful sons. She also needs to turn her assets over to honest and trustworthy bonded professional asset managers and follow their advice to the letter. She could have a second set of asset managers auditing and checking the accuracy of the first. She will make money and can live off the appreciation and interest. She could devote all of her time to being a great Mom and having a really good life -- with a managed and under control mental condition.

I would chose the second option. Her entertainment career as it was in the 1990s and early 2000s is history. She doesn't need to be that girl anymore. She needs to move on to creating a person she likes to be with the conditions she has to deal with. It's not a bad life -- to live with managed mental illness and be a really good family member to all your family, Britney. Choose life!
