First, the person presiding over this case is a Commissioner, not a Judge. Secondly, he does has balls. He has given Britney numerous chances to step up and be a parent and every chance he gives her she throws back in his face. Kevin has moved for and been granted several emergency hearings and the Court acted fairly in granting Britney's request. Unfortunately, not showing up for an emergency hearing you request is not a good move. If she really wants those boys back in her life, why in God's name isn't she acting like a responsible adult? Why is she so afraid of the judge? Brit need to realize the judge is in control NOT HER. She needs to start complying with the court or she will NOT see her boys PERIOD. She cannot buy or manipulate her way around this one.

I really don't think any of the comments posted here have any value at all to the benefit of the situation. Are you all hoping that someone influential to Britney will read this crap that you have all written/judged about her and somehow it will make her see that light, you are deluded. Every comment I've read on this site, seem to have been posted by angry self richeous egomaniacs that have not an ounce of empathy for the plight that Britney is entangled in, and don't seem to care at all. These comments show just how little we care and are compassionate for our fellow man, or in this case woman. You can all judge, and spout unnecessary profanity all you want, but it will only be a benefit to the dark, ugly society that we are forced to raise our children in today.
As for Britney's situation, have some compassion. She has been plastered all over the media, and internet all her life, and she has finally cracked under it's pressure. Imagine, really imagine that your every move was followed by millions of people around the world on a day by day basis, and that they seem to want to paint you in a extremely negative light. Would you buckle under the pressure? Most assuredly!
She has shown incredible plasticity in the past, and seemingly (I really know nothing of the girl in real life, as I have never met her), she has been able to survive her life. Sadly she has not come out of it unscathed. It seems to me that she dosen't have a friend in the world that dosen't want something material from her. She has been surrounded by tskers for so long that they're all she has. She would rather be surrounded by users that be alone. It's so incredibly sad. But, to paint Kevin in a positive light, like he's a good guy in this is absurd. Remember how we all hated Kevin just a year ago? He is still as he once was, he didn't change at all. He fought for custody to save face in the media, and to recieve a nice monthly stipend for full custody of the boys. Remember that this custody battle ensued right when his spousal was about to run out. He needed the money he could get for them to continue to not work and live comfortably. Children, to him are nothing more that a means of income. Britney, while greatly in need of parenting skills, is not a bad mother. Let's all remember that Kevin has two other children from the woman he left while she was pregnant. Where are they in all this? Well that's not important, as they aren't worth anything to him financially. Meaning he dosen't make anything off them.
Britney is a very troubled emotionally drained, struggling young girl that needs some much deserved unconditional love from someone not out to make a buck. She would do well to sell out of L.A. and her life as it is, and move somewhere where she can start over. Screw Hollywood and their ridiculous theatrics. Real life, a truly fulfilling happy life dosen't require a seven figure balance in your checking account, or expensive cars. Honest, safe, unconditionaly loving friends and family is all you really need to survive.
