The best gift Britney could give herself for her birthday is to check into an extended drug treatment center, followed up by intense psychological treatment, for however long they take. AS a drug user myself I can tell from these pictures that Britney is using several drugs. Ada for example gives you the same eyes and the flat face as Britney has later during the evening.
