Reports say she held her two sons hostage for almost 4 hours when she was under court order to hand them back to Kevin Federline.

On another site, and Page Six in the NY Post, they're saying that she made a huge scene at the hospital. Also, that she's on suicide watch.

One thing for sure is that there is going to be a contempt of court hearing. Britney will probably be fined and she could even be jailed if she is found in contempt of court for violating the date and time specific court ordered visitation schedule. And her visitation privileges will almost certainly be suspended pending a thorough psychiatric evaluation. But all that is the least of what could happen now. Because of the standoff with police and refusal to surrender the kids, she might face criminal charges on unlawful restraint, which could get her 6 months in the county slammer or a fine and probation. If Jayden James was injured during the restraint, which I assume he was because he was taken by ambulance to the hospital, things could go very bad for Britney because she could then be charged with felony restraint and felony child abuse causing injury. She might even be charged with parental kidnapping but I don't think so because there was no forced abduction or moving the kids from one location to another. I really hope this doesn't go too awfully bad for Britney because I can understand Britney's frustration with all that she is being subjected to just to retain custody of her kids. But I also think she really needs to ease up on her rebellion against the system and stop spinning her wheels until she gets some traction against the forces against her.
