Moms Come to Brit's Aid

In the absence of a bodyguard, Brit depended on the kindness of fellow moms she met while shopping for Sean and Jayden at The Children's Place to help her get through the throngs of photographers and into her car Saturday! Although the moms took their jobs very seriously (a little too seriously?), Brit kept on smiling. Later, she and Alli made her daily Starbucks run, before returning to the Four Seasons. When we asked her how she felt about being served Thursday, she replied that the process server "looked like Santa Claus!"



Although I don't think he was delivering her a bag of presents!

You know what is so disgusting about that video?

1) SHe parks in the Hand-tard spot
2) Since she is not on Robertson Ave, she had to call in advance to get all those cameras there before her in order to film her entrance. Yeah... she callled the paps first, soo they could catch the whole "event."

The full video is available at several other places. It shows the handicap signage. AND.... even on X17, they have shown her double parking in not just one, but 2 handiacp spots because she cannot park her car. And no, not because of the paps, simply because she see's herself as entitled to whatever she wants.

Sorry, but there have been 3 videos of her parking in handicap spots. And, to get the photogs to a random baby store before she arrives... means they were notified in advance. What, do you think there are 50 paps hanging outside a baby store on a Sunday just for shits and giggles?

You may hate me, you may love her, but how did I make up videos of her parking in handicap spots in my head? And, iit only takes about a 60 IQ to understand that the photographers are not going to waste their time hanging out at a baby store unless they can get footage of someone... If Britney's fans were millions strong like you say, then she would have sold millions of her current CD (Blackout) by now. But instead she only sold 124,000 in the fist day of its release. And here it is five days later and it still has not sold 250,000. Even ITZ sold 609,000 in the first day of its release. And her CD's before that sold even more (over a million in the first day of their release). But Blackout has stalled and is now dropping in sales hard and fast. Most of her fans have left and won't come back. She now has at the most, a few hundred thousand nut case fans left to her credit. And more and more are leaving her everyday. To the retards that claim itunes matters in soundscan sales, let me explain something to you.

If you download a single from her CD, it does not count in album sales. If you download 6 of 9 songs it does not count towards album sales. And, full album downlloads on itunes around the world account for less than 5% of any sales, and that is probably inflated by 500% just to be generous...

So yeah... like I said before... Itunes sales do not matter. Daily top 10 on itunes does not matter.... You cannot even create a chart that would translate from itunes into actual sales, as the data is so disconbobulated that it never coincides with the actual end-result data.

And, If you read the top ten list on itunes, there are 2 people on there that will go platinum... the rest are no-ways, who?, or might just make 1,000,000 worldwide...

And now after three days, it has not even reached the 200,000 point. Industry annalists are saying it has already fallen off in sales badly. It will not even reach the 1,000,000 mark a month from now.

The reason Jive moved the date of release up to the 30 of October is because there would not be any competition with her sales. So they could try to get an easy #1. But years ago, Britney could have come out on the same day as Celin Dion, Christina, and many others and her CD would have outsold all of them by far. Now they have to release her CD's on a day and week when there is no competition so she can sell a low 124,000. That is really bad, especially for Britney when you look at her past records.

Also, most of those supposed #1 you are talking about are on iTunes. It was released to the public a couple of weeks ago that JIVE bought over $100,000 worth of those iTunes downloads as promotion to make it look like Britney was doing better then she really was here in the US. They are doing the same in those other countries. It is easy to manipulate those statistics (the chart positions). But when you look at the actual CD sales (which is what really counts), well that tells it all. She is doing really badly. This is also her last contracted studio CD with Jive (she had a five studio CD contract with them). She has been such a major problem to them by not touring, or doing any promo, or keeping her life together etc., that they are now going to drop her soon. So Britney is doing very badly and is not happy at all. I actually feel sorry for her, almost, lol.

These fans kill me with the Blackout is topping the charts worldwide. It is hysterical. Itunes means nothing. Even if she makes it to billboard and that's a big IF, because it's just speculation. It won' be there long, just like her Gimme More single. The rightful owner of the #1 album will be The Eagle's, and if Walmart provides a soundscan they will get it. If not, everyone will know Britney got #1 on a technicality, not by talent.. Celebrate that yall. Woo Hoo

Britney Spears drove over a Los Angeles County Sheriff deputy's foot when she left the courthouse at her last custody hearing! Drivin' properler is hard, y'all!

TMZ has learned that an officer on duty at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in L.A. was trying to help Brit leave her custody hearing, when Brit rolled over her foot! The officer was one of the brave souls helping Brit maneuver through a crowd of photogs as she pulled out of the garage. In the video, broadcast live on TMZ on Oct. 26, you can hear an officer yelling at Spears to "Make a left, make a LEFT!" -- but the Pumpkinmobile ding-danger went right!

Sources tell TMZ that the victim has no broken bones but is hobbling around the courthouse on crutches and has been reassigned to light duty. Just a week earlier, Spears ran over the foot of a TMZ photog in Beverly Hills.

BRITNEY SPEARS IN ANOTHER HIT AND RUN!!!!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD is conducting an investigation into a traffic mishap Friday, when Britney Spears ran over an L.A. County Sheriff deputy's foot.

We're told the "traffic collision complaint" was filed by the Sheriff's Department and the LAPD is conducting an "active investigation." We're told the LAPD is looking at the possibility of hit and run.

The incident occurred as Brit was leaving the L.A. County Courthouse after her custody hearing.

UPDATE: The LAPD tells TMZ "The LAPD is aware that Britney Spears was leaving the courthouse. We are also aware that a deputy was injured. The LAPD is unable to confirm the details on the deputy's injury because the investigation is in its initial stage."

TMZ has obtained another document in the Brit/K-Fed custody war, and we turned up the order that may have changed everything.

It was signed on September 28, 2007 by L.A. County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon. We know Gordon signed it after he heard evidence that Britney might have been driving without a valid license. The order, scribbled in handwriting, reads, "At all times, the minor children shall be transferred in a properly insured and registered vehicle, which shall be driven only by a properly insured driver who has a current and valid driver's license. In all vehicles, the minor children shall be restrained in an age/weight appropriate child safety restraint."

The order was signed the same day -- a Friday. The following Sunday, TMZ got a shot of Britney driving her kids in Malibu -- without a valid California license. The next day, K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went into court and, citing the TMZ video, moved to suspend Brit's custody rights. The judge granted the request. For Britney, it was downhill from there.

Britney sold 609,000 CD's of "In The Zone" on the first day of it's release (US). But on the first day of Blackout's release it only sold 145,000. And now it is dropping off fast in sales already just a little over two days after it's release. Those are really bad numbers for her. And the industry is predicting that it won't even reach the million mark a month from now. It’s her worst sales figure for any CD she has put out by far. It won't even reach Platinum Status, so get your facts straight; Britney IS doing really poorly. And Jive is dropping her soon, this is the last of her five studio contracted CD’s they were obligated to make with her.

So why don't you tell us which believable news source you read that said she passed 8 drug tests?

The judge said 13 days ago that he hadn't seen ANY test results yet. Check the court documents.

Then 9 days ago the judge withdrew all visitation rights because Britney had NOT provided up to date contact info so the drug testing people had not been able to reach her AT ALL. [per court documents]

She then provided a working phone number 8 days ago [got visitation rights back] and was supposed to have two random tests per week. How does that add up to 8 passed tests, hmmmm???
