I watched a segment on CBS Sunday morning about people that moved from the hectic big city world into a small community called Green Gulch Ranch, based on eastern religion. Both men and women who lived in the particular community went through a personal transformation, trying to start over and remove themselves from materialism etc. The shaving of thier heads basically symbolized a clensing and "rebirth" for this fresh start. Don't blame the messenger! Britney's fans have been brain-washed by her promoters for so many years that many of them have lost the capability of thinking for themselves. I have never liked Britney's music nor what she stands for - the pop girl persona of america's ideal of perfection. It seems to me that this girl has been pushed into her "career" at a young age by her parents. Therefore, never allowing her to have a childhood hence, her attempt to gain some independence by sheading her "pop girl" image. She is young and is in the process of learning who she is. Due to the fact of not having a true childhood that is going to be a long process for her. She most likely needs space and to go somewhere unknown with her kids - like tibet. To allow her the space to grow but due to her forced obligations is unable to or feels like she is unable to. I think that she, in her way, is attempting to escape from her unfortunate reality. Just as alot of us, I would hate to be followed around and scrutinized for my every action, even something as simple as going to a gas station restroom. Is she asking for some of this by being in public doing these things - Yes. But then again every person has the right to be in public and do as they chose - as long as its not breaking the law or hurting others. We are not in her shoes, so we will never truely know what is going through her head. But, then again we do not have that right to know - even though she is a public figure. Some things are and should be personal. I hope that she finds herself and the peace that she seems to be searching for.

Ultimamente me siento triste viendo a britney y todo lo que sucede alrededor. pero no por ello voy a dejarla de lado ni voy a buscar otro/a artista para sustituirla como hacen muchisimos "fans" (asi se hacen llamar), yo la sigo apreciando y estoy igual de ilusionado que el primer día que la vi y la escuché. también reconozco que Brintey comete locuras y no por ser su fan me ciego y las justifico, hay que ser realistas. todos cometemos errores. lo que me gustaría comentar es lo siguiente:

La prensa la está acribillando y muchas veces se inventan la información o incluso sus portavoces lo desmienten y la prensa sigue insistiendo en lo mismo.

Britney pasa de demandarles por que (cosa que yo no haría) es una perdida de tiempo muy grande y una fortuna en abogados. ahora estareis pensando que Britney podría hacerlo ya que posee una fortuna muy grande, pero si Britney tuviese que demandar todos los diarios, revistas.. que divulgan falsa información, rumores y bulos de ella todos los días seguro que se arruinaría.

El extremo al que ha llegado Britney es devido a la prensa, Britney empezó a conocerse en el año 1998 y actualmente estamos en el 2007. desde entonces no han dejado de perseguirla de mentir sobre ella de fotografiarla allá donde va. casi una década. Mientras han pasado estos 9 años en el cual la gente solo critica sus actitudes y demas cosas Britney ha conseguido una carrera que pocos llegan a conseguir. vender más de 80 millones de discos en esta decada es prácticamente imposible tal como está la industria discografica con el tema de la piratería.

en fin, lo que quiero proponer es lo siguiente: cuando veais publicado en algún diario digital o pagina web cosas falsas como:

britney está embarazada por tercera vez.
britney ha sido violada.
britney maltrata a sus bebes....
britney esta calva por cancer...
britney es alcoholica...

es que contesteis a los e-mails de contacto de estas paginas (si así se les puede llamar) diciendoles lo indignados que estais por que publican noticias sin fundamentos, por que solo hacen que copiar y pegar de una pagina a otra o que os duele ver como tratan a vuestro idolo con esa crueldad.

pd: yo lo voy a hacer por que considero que han sobrepasado los limites de lo que es licito de publicar y lo que no con britney. y me duele verla así de hundidad y todo por la prensa como dijo ella el otro día a un paparazzi. demasiado bien se comporta con todo el daño que le han hecho durante una decada.

pd2: britney que sepas que la mejor defensa es un buen ataque antes de que sea tarde.
