As a psychiatric nurse, I can tell you that part of anyone's 'mental recovery' is taking responsibility for their actions. This little girl needs to start living in the real world and should be taken to jail after her 72 hour hold and booked on child endangerment charges, violating the judge's court order, etc. with a high enough bond that she cannot bail out. She should also have to pay back any money the LAPD spent, helicopters, etc. which was tied up for 3 hours taking care of her tantrum.

We don't know what caused the meltdown last night, only that she does have a mental health issue happening right now. I was wondering about her blood alcohol level. OK said she had been drinking vodka. I do agree she has a mental problem, but I think she was trying to self medicate herself with alcohol. The Commish in the Brit case just issued his order -- K-Fed gets sole legal and physical custody.

Brit's visitation has been "suspended pending further order of the court." The order is in effect till January 14. There will be a hearing then to determine where the case goes.

I think losing custody and visitation is enough punishment at this time BUT the legal system needs to follow through now and force Britney into getting help. It's time Britney makes some tough decisions, she can't have her cake (a wild life-style) and eat it too (be a full-time mommy). A "normie" parent (one who isn't a pop-star, etc.) would of had her children taken away a loooooooong time ago, so welcome to reality Britney, I hope you get the help you desperately need.
