There is a very big difference beween "stable" and "not suicidal". She was released because she was no loner a danger to hereself or othes But she is NOT stable.

This is a dumb story. It seems obvious, at least to me, that the hospital wouldn't have released Britney if she wasn't stabilized. I don't know all of the legal and medical requirements but I'm pretty sure you can only be held against your will if you are an immediate danger to yourself or others. Cedars probably knows that she needs more help but feels Britney isn't going to hurt anybody in the next few days. A couple of weeks or months later is a whole different story.

"My meeting with Britney and some of her family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention.

She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her."

Britney is a survivor, and a fighter, that's for sure!! Hopefully she will find that extra strength, and resilience she needs to survive not seeing her children for a while. I can think of alot of words to describe Britney but 'stabilized' wouldn't be one of them. In fairness to Cedars, they can't hold her just because she's mentally ill. She may have been released against medical advice.

This was the worst thing that could have happened for Britney. Once again, she had a fit, probably threatened a lawsuit and was let off the hook. No one has the balls to haul that bitch away and get her head on straight. What next? Taking the kids and fleeing the country? (She once threatened that.) I hope to God she never gets to even see them again. I never felt that way before but if she is willing to put her little babies in such a scary and traumatic position just because SHE didn't want to give them back (although when she did have them overnight, she skipped out at 2 a.m. until 7 a.m. with her pap fuck), she's not just sick, she's selfish and uncaring.
