Some former Britney Spears' pals are calling for a blackout on Blackout—at least until the singer cleans up her act.

"Our message is simple," says one of the organizers of the Be Proactive to Help Website. "Don't buy her stuff until she's better."

The MySpace-based page was created by people who used to work with Britney, including a bodyguard, backup dancer and makeup artist, as well as several old friends.

"We've all hung out with Britney a lot," says our source. "We've seen her at her best and at her worst. And we aren't doing this to be mean. We're doing this out of concern, for herself and for her boys. They need a mother figure and right now, they don't have that."
The group accuses record executives and other business associates who make money off of Spears as acting as enablers, turning a blind eye to her erratic behavior because she continues to make them money.

"They can see she's in pain, and they don't care," says the former associate.

There was no immediate comment from Jive Records, which plans on releasing Spears' new album, Blackout, Oct. 30.

In the past two months, Spears gave a train-wreck performance of her new single "Gimme More" at the MTV Video Music Awards, was dropped by her lawyer and manager and has been routinely lambasted by a court commissioner, who labeled her a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of drugs and booze and temporarily took her kids away.

The new site, boasting the Heroes-channeling headline "Save the Popstar, Save the World," urges fans to contact Jive, MTV, her management team and her music publishing house.

This is the first time I think I have ever seen Brit in a pic with her kids where she is actually playing with them. The only other pic was with Sean several months ago where he was driving in a car, but Britney seemed to just let him play by himself as opposed to actually spending time with him.

Sources say the two-and-a-half page report says Britney totally ignored the coach -- didn't even acknowledge her presence. The coach says she was unable to teach Britney anything, because Spears didn't want to listen.

The report, which was presented to the court yesterday and will be critical in determining if Spears should regain 50/50 custody, concludes that Britney often ignores her kids and lives in her own little world -- that Britney often disappeared and wasn't around the kids or the coach. We're told the coach has said Brit spends a lot of time on the phone and changing clothes.

Holding your child in your arms with a look of disgust and non love in your eyes is NOT spendinig time with your children. At least not quality time. I think theres some truth in what you are all saying, but I also think you're being a little unfair. I have a baby the same age as Jayden. He regularly pushes me away in exactly the same manner that Jayden is in that picture. Why? Because he's seen something he wants to get to.. whether its some grass, something shiny on the floor, or he just wants to get down and crawl. Spears’ court-appointed monitor turned in a “very damaging report” October 22, a source close to her ongoing custody case with ex Kevin Federline tells Usmagazine.com.

The paperwork, filed under seal to LA Superior Court, claims that “[Spears, 25] paid her [monitor] no attention or respect at all, as if she were some employee whom she could blow off,” the source says.

“Britney’s often distracted and in her own world when she has the kids [Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1] and has a hard time focusing,” the insider adds. “She is adamant that she doesn’t have to listen to anybody — that it’s her way or the highway."

Parenting sessions had previously been at Spears’ residence, the source says, but the coach now wants meetings to take place at her office. “She doesn’t want all the distractions, whether it’s the paparazzi or whatever else is going on,” the source says.

Not so, her first CD (BOMT) sold around 11 millions within a few months of it release, then her second one (OIDIA) did around 7.5 milllion in the same time from it's release, the third one (Britney) sold around 3.5 million in the same amount of time from it's release. Then her fouth one sold around 1.5 million in the same amount of time from it's release. Each CD has sold around half of what the one before it did. And her statistics have never come up once. It has been a straight downward trend. Now with this one, if everything stays the same (which there is no indication anything will change) then it may sell about 800,000 in the same amount of time from it's release. That is not something the record industry is going to be impressed with. It costs that much or more just to pay producers, promotion, eveyone in the industry that worked on it. The CD printers, the trucks that haul the CD's to stores and the whole wrorking machine that has to put it out there. They will be lucky if they break even or make even a little money on it. Britney will probably NOT make much on it, if any at all. They industry will not do anymore CD's with her. This is the last one and the end of her career. Also, she is NOT touring, which i very important to selling a CD. Also, recording artists don't make much off the CD's since the record companies get most of that money. The artists make most of their money off of endorsments for producs and their likeness in product related items such as: Pepsi, Nikke shoes, and all the other producs she used to sell. But now no one wants her since she will just kill sales in those products. Also, the artists make their big money off of tours, which Britney will not be doing. One of the things we did learn was that artists these days don't make much off of the CD's that are sold to the public. That is why artists tour a lot, and do heavy promotion for TV spots of their CD's and also endorse products. That is where they make their money. So no one is asking Britney to endorse their products anymore like they used to. Not Pepsi, or car companies, the supper bowl that turned her down over the last three years, or anyone else. She is not being asked to do any TV shows or spots. And she is not going to tour. her pre-sales are already down. And anyone with any real knowledge in the industry has already said it will not do well at all. The only real promotion JIVE did was to try and paste together that awful poll dancing video that she did, and BRITNEY PAID FOR THAT VIDEO TO BE SHOT SINCE THE RECORD COMPANIES WOULD NOT PAY FOR IT. Then JIVE spent around $100,000 to buy that many downloads so it made it look like there was still real interest in her. But there is not. She is doing poorly in pre sales and everywhere else. A judge is not allowed to make such sweeping rules or make such statements as that unless they have major evidence. Also, Britney is a major celeb. If a judge made such an outlandish statement like that (that Britney is a habitual and constant drug user) and it was not true, then her lawyers would have faught back hard and heavy.
