It's common knowledge that a professional photographer has the rights to photos he/she has taken if no agreement is signed. Duh! That's why you would have to ask/pay for a copy of the negative.

The picture is gorgeous. Kids that age are not comfortable getting photo-graphed. Dumbasses. Have none of you ever tried to get a little baby photographed? The experience is a difficult one to get a good shot out of a little toddler. It is very hard to get them to look happy! The do not want to be still. They want to get into stuff. Not be held down by anyone so a stranger can take their picture.

I saw both kids last week and while that looks "mostly" like Jayden, they edited off Sean P's chubby cheeks and made him look all...weird. I can't even point it out but there is a LOT of things wrong with these pics that were "supposedly" taken around Thanksgiving.

Kevin KNOWS he has to actively protect the kids and for anyone he doesn't trust implicitly, they have to drop their cellphones in a little basket by the entryway ever since their birthday party. I get goosebumps, myself. The kids are both easy smilers who have adorable 'nose wrinkles' when they grin, which they do with little prompting...seeing them so solemn and airbrushed like this...it's disgusting. So very "off"...I just hate it.

When family members or close friends take pics of the kids, we have to do it outdoors because you *cannot* use a flash around the kids...it totally freaks them out. Britney REALLY did them a disservice by constantly parading them through paps like she did.

I am not sure how the laws differ from state to state, but in the state I live in when you hire someone to take photographs the phtographer does NOT own the pictures. In order for the photographer to use your pictures in anyway they must have a signed document from the client. Even my daughters senior pictures the photographer could not re-use the pictures to advertise their services or for any other purpose without my consent.

Those pictures are HER property regardless, and should be at HER discretion how they are used regardless of who she is. And that is very unethical for a photograher to violate a clients privacy....hopefully that photograher has now lost the respect and trust of future clients. He/She better hope those pictures paid off big. Might be the last Celeb client he/she ever has.

I think anyone else would feel the same way.

Horrible picture and several more inside. There is a video around showing two others. The problem is Kevin and Britney have an agreement not to talk to magazines about the situation or sell photos of the kids so.........she is going to have to prove that she didn't agree to it. She probably did but I think those are "stand in" kids. I swear. Sean looks 5 years old and I wouldn't have recognized him AT ALL if this didn't say it was her kid.

I stand by my previous statement...Kevin had her sign an ironclad contract stating she could not sell photos or stories about the boys, as she'd done it over a dozen times and he was sick of the kids being exploited when Britney didn't even NEED the money. She can be fined severe penalties (penalties which will be held in trust until the boys are of age, if Kevin decided to enforce the contract) if she violates this contract but she was hellbent on getting a "nice mommy" picture out in the media...all her set up photo ops with X-17 didn't yield one- because all she did was text away while the MONITOR pulled the kids in a wagon. So she set up this photo shoot with this PROFESSIONAL magazine photographer...and never said a word about a confidentiality agreement or not using the photos. Britney has been in the biz LONG enough to know that when an agreement is not signed, the photo negatives belong to the photographer alone and you "own" only what prints/copies you pay for.

Britney knew DAMN well this photo would end up on the cover of some rag. I believe she would have made SAM broker the deal herself if the kids were actually smiling or looking remotely happy in the pics.
