Bottom line - Britney does not want custody of her children. What she wants is what fathers used to have in days of old - every other weekend visitation. She just doesn't know how to announce to the world that she is not, as a mother, interested in having any kind of 'custody' of the children, so she is hoping that the courts will strip her of her parental responsibility and give her just what they have - visitation. However, courts, being sure that 50/50 is in the best interest of the children, are going to continue to let her prove that she wants 50/50 and she is going to be left with no alternative but to continue to fail to meet the court required mandates. I do feel sorry for her, in that I think she is afraid she will be judged for being a mother that is NOT interested in full custody, or even shared custody, but a mother that would prefer the 'old time traditional father role' and she simply doesn't feel she can state that to her public. And she can't. What kind of judgement would she face if she happily agreed to give K-Fed full custody while she maintained reasonable visitation? While the public will forgive her for all of her antics now, she will NEVER be forgiven for not wanting to have those children all the time - NEVER - a woman not interested in mothering is unforgivable in our society.

I have been speared (no pun intended) by Britney's "fans" (I have never, ever used the 'fantar*' word...I do not believe it is ever appropriate to joke about or make fun of retardation as a condition in general or as it relates to an individual person) for my missives that liberally point out and dissect her shortcomings as a parent. I do this not because I am a "hater" or a "troll"...but because I believe that X17's obvious and completely inaccurate biased reporting of Britney as a continual "great mommy" is not only INSULTING to anyone smart enough to work a pen, but also incredibly disrespectful of the celebrity parents who ARE actually "great mommies"- and daddies, of course.

I feel that their ridiculously erroneous statements- both those that pertain to Britney as a parent as well as those about her as an (*cough*) entertainer-- are beyond insulting to their readers- some of whom have been coming here for years. X-17 used to be a not only entertaining but reliable source for news and gossip regarding celebrities from all walks of media genre.

Enter their financial partnership with Britney- she arranges for their "XCLUSIVE" photo shoots and pays them to report on her from a positive angle. Due to the fact that her life has spiraled out of control and is the epitome of chaos both physically and socially, there IS nothing "positive" to report about Britney most days now...so X-17 just makes it up.

From their ridiculous post-VMA proclamation "Britney BRINGS IT to the VMAs!!! to the outright child-endangering *ENCOURAGEMENT* they lavish upon her when she does things such as running busy intersection red lights with the kids in the car, stuffing one-year-old, twenty-two pound Jayden into an infant carrier that is only for babies up to six months or fifteen pounds- simply because the baby carrier had the "Gucci" label on it and she wanted to show off-- (while on the heels of that, X-17 berates Kevin for wearing Gucci sandals and diminishes him as "tacky" and "a dork" in their ongoing attempts to make Britney look better by trying to make HIM look bad) X-17 has proven that they no longer care about their once-loyal reader base.

X-17 once proclaimed that they were "the SOURCE" for unbiased, "in your face" coverage of celebrities. Yet, they disparage Kevin because he goes OUTDOORS to smoke, implying that he shouldn't smoke at ALL (and of course, nobody should; that's neither here nor there) and make pithy comments about how SPF and JJF need to "be careful" around Daddy because of the secondhand smoke, even though Kevin has NEVER ONCE BEEN SPOTTED SMOKING IN THE PRESENCE OF HIS CHILDREN- EVER. Sure...plenty of Britney defenders SAY that he smokes, smokes around the kids, smokes pot, etc etc etc. Yet Kevin has, under the advice of his attorney, taken a VOLUNTARY drug test EVERY SINGLE WEEK since Britney went to rehab early in the year. His lawyer said that should he seek additional custody (which, of course, he was forced to do in order to ensure his sons' removal from Britney's dangerous activities as much as humanly possible) the drug tests would show the judge (or in this case, commish) that he was serious about the lifestyle changes he'd made and was committed to being not just a "present" father but an excellent, loving, caring one as well. Kevin has never, ever failed even one of these drug tests. The ONLY time he was exempt from testing was when he was out of state WORKING (which so many are so hasty to point out that he "never" does) and the tests resumed immediately upon his return. The tests are random- he may have one on Friday and then suddenly Monday morning he is called to do another one- or he might go three Thursdays in a row. It's completely random. Once every month he does a blood or hair strand test (more accurate than urinalysis) and once every ninety days he does a SALIVA SWAB...and if you know anything about drug testing, you know that the saliva swab test is universally regarded as the "standard" for accurate testing, picking up on minute, trace amounts of a drug that a urinalysis (BRITNEY's testing method) can easily miss. Urinalyses can also be faked easily unless observed. (and even then can produce altered/unreliable results due to the subject ingesting certain substances) THANKFULLY, I believe Britney's urinalyses ARE observed so she would at least have SOMEWHAT of a harder time altering the result.

All that said, Britney has missed no fewer than EIGHT DRUG TESTS and as was widely reported, FAILED a recent test due to the presence of amphetamines in her blood. Although she was asked before her testing ever began to provide a list of medications she was on AND the prescribing doctors of said medications, she did not list any and now that she's been CAUGHT red handed with, as SO many suspected from her methamphetamine-typical appearance and behaviors recently, amphetamines in her system-- suddenly she is on "Adderall" for "ADD" and it's surely "Doctor Prescribed", right?

Not so fast. Britney is GOING to get her hiney handed to her tomorrow in court unless she found a doctor she could PAY OFF to say that he prescribed the medication to her. I personally believe that this is one time Britney's money and fame will do her NO good whatsoever. The commish WILL want a pharmacy record and the DEA record number that is assigned to *every* LEGAL Adderall prescription in this country. And she is not going to be able to provide it.

I know this has been verbose to say the least...I type 90wpm so it's just a few minutes for me but I apologize for the length. I just wanted Britney's "FANS" like "Dottie" and "Jessy" to know that NOT everyone on here who isn't a Britney supporter is a "hater"...nor do all of us use those awful words and say terrible things about wishing Britney dead, etc. Some of us are just SO angry about X-17's flagrant misuse of this website and their FORMER good name to outright LIE for Britney in a pathetic attempt to try and spin things her way. When Britney didn't bother to show up for the "emergency" hearing which SHE requested (the 'emergency' being that Britney felt she should be allowed overnight visits) until six hours later when the Commish personally phoned her and told her to get her a$$ to court NOW, X-17 first said she got a prescription for a "new sleeping pill" the day before, and THAT is why she slept through the hearing...then when they realized that such a statement made it WORSE for "their girl" Brit, they spun one ridiculous yarn after another-- everything from "Britney was afraid of the media coverage" (Please excuse me whilst I BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA over that one!) to "the traffic was so bad that she was afraid she wouldn't get there in time". So...what? She thought that not showing up to a hearing which SHE requested and PROMISED to attend was so unimportant that she decided to "try" a new and powerful sleep medication the night before...? Or, ahem...it was the TRAFFIC! Yeah...su-ure X-17. The traffic. Sleeping pills. And the reason she bombed at the VMAs was because her SHOE broke! Oh no, wait...it was because of Sarah Silverman. No, wait...it was because of her ALLERGY medication, see- those Vegas ragweeds! No, wait...it WAS her shoes, after all. No, wait...
You get the idea.

Britney has made such bad choices so often as of late that I could go on and on- from the head shaving incident (which she did because she found out that a hair-strand test can be used to determine drug use as far back as YEARS, if the hair is long enough...and certainly MONTHS...she had only recently given birth to Jayden and KNEW that if she was ordered to undergo a hair strand test, she would be "found out" as having used drugs while pregnant) to the repeated accidentally-on-purpose flashing of her private parts, both northern AND southern states...I mean come ON...the list of JUST her poor public choices as a parent (nevermind other aspects of her life AND the items as a parent that remain private, under seal of the court) would be endless.

I (and many others) do not point these things out as a personal affront to Britney. Honestly, I don't know her and could care less about her "music"- it's not what I am (or ever WAS) into. But once there are CHILDREN involved...things aren't just ABOUT Britney all the time, every day. Only she is acting like things ARE still that way.

Many people who post in the negative about Britney only do so because of X-17 being unapologetically biased- lying to the public at large on scales both large and small when it comes to "their girl". They know good and well people are onto them...they just do not CARE. As long as Britney's money is filling their pockets, they'll continue to insult all of us on a near-daily basis. The worst part about their fake "Defending" of Britney Spears is that they don't even try to hide the fact that it's purely a financial partnership. If they REALLY were "thankful to see her smile", do you think they would almost ALWAYS choose to post THE most unflattering photos of "their girl"? Whenever possible, they post pictures of her with her mouth agape, eyes glazed over (that's why she wears sunglasses SO d@mn doggedly- even when it's PITCH DARK outside; the drug use would be clearly evident in her pupils) and acne showing...fat rolls popping out and lack-of-bra unfortunately obvious...they don't even TRY.
(FTR, my "fat rolls" comment is NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT a reflection of Britney's WEIGHT. While I do agree that she has gained weight and lost muscle tone since her 99-03/500 crunches per day peak, I think that is totally NORMAL for a woman who has had two children [and two c-sections, although that's her own fault...she chose elective c-sections because she was so fearful of childbirth] in two years...Britney's WEIGHT is absolutely FINE...but even a very thin person would look chunky and invite negative comments about their weight when they almost CONSTANTLY wore clothing that was four sizes too small. Britney is very "normal" sized, not fat at all. But, as at the VMAs...when you wear something like a sequined bra and hotpants...and nothing else...you need to wear it in YOUR OWN FREAKIN' SIZE!)

Lastly, even if you ARE so angered by X-17 that you can't stand it...even if Britney's poor parenting choices make you ache for those poor little baby boys who must be so confused when she does things that so continually so self-serving...Please, for God's sake...PLEASE do not make disparaging remarks about Britney's children! They certainly did not ASK to be born into all of this chaos and anyone who says things about how Jayden looks "special" or Sean looks "feminine"...man, you ought to be SO ASHAMED. Britney is a grown woman (despite evidence to the contrary presented by her on a semi daily basis) But those boys are innocent children; neither has ever had the OPPORTUNITY to make choices of their own.

Making insulting remarks about the appearance of an infant or toddler proves only that you are a sick, sad, miserable person. The boys are beautiful- cherubic, even. Actually 6:48, there was no deeming of an 'unfit' parent. If that was the case, she wouldn't have kept custody of them the very first time. She lost temporary custody because of a technicality. I just said this. The Monitor had nothing horrible to say about her actual parenting skills, just that she doesn't always pay attention to the Monitor and she does what she wants to do with her kids. Have you read the case reports?

Mothers and Fathers go through nasty divorces/custody battles and kids get taken away and put with the other parent because of allegations that they can't defend. It happens all the time and I see it all the time. Britney lost TEMPORARY custody not because of anything bad or horrible that she has done, but because she didn't take a drug test.

She didn't refuse 7:07, she claimed there was a mixup in scheduling. "I won", she did fight it and she went back and did the orders again and got custody back again, in the form of visitation only though. The second time was a technicality too, she didn't sign papers, she got that rectified too and got back the visitational rights.

How about having your kids in a convertible and they are not even strapped in the belts of the seat? My God I could go on. We see it daily. I wouldn't let this woman near my kids. A judge does not make these decisions lightly. It is extrememly hard to get a kid taken away from the mom. These are just the things we know about. I've read the reports and if they were of me, I would hang my head in shame. Not taking a drug test because you have to sleep, not answering your door when your kids are outside for their first visit. NOTHING is more important than kids. This woman doesn't give a damn, and in my opinion, you don't get anymore unfit than that.

But they aren't actually "failed" tests because she didn't take them, not that they came out positively. In a civil matter such as this one it really doesn't count much towards the one's that she DID pass, he will only look at it sort of how if you don't finish all of the SAT questions they only score it according to how many you did, and the Judge even gave her an extra 30 minutes than normal to respond to the testing calls. And she does have her hair and urine tested twice a week randomly. That was in the reports as well. I can show anyone the report if they want me to? And the Judge also keeps extending the time that she has because of the missed tests as well, that's why it is being dragged on.

She does not get hair tested. The courts ruled that it is unethical in a custody case for hair testing. She only has to submit to urine testing twice a week. You claim to know your facts. Atleast get them right before claiming that statement. I have also read the documents along with more than half the people on this site.

I am glad that Nancy and her babies are doing well but she is a hack. She knows nothing. I do not dispute that you probably can't use tabloid info in court (photos you CAN use though). However, I watched Nancy's disgraceful coverage of the Chris Benoit/wrestling steroids situation and I knew right then that she does no research and speaks on emotion only. She was 98% wrong on a case that I was directly involved in therefore, your argument that Nancy Grace said something so it must be right only makes you look stupid to me.

The truth will come out. There is court tomorrow and if things change, we'll know it. TMZ has posted full pdf documents many times which I have read in full and all that you say really doesn't matter. What matters is if she gets her kids back sans a monitor and I would venture to say that she will not, at least until April.

She has not exhibited enough improvement as a parent to warrant a monitor being taken off the case nor has she proven she is ready to regain 50/50 physical custody and be the primary caretaker of her sons.

Why is x17 acting like it is so great that a child is learning to walk at almost 15 months old? I feel very sorry for their kids as well. Most children walk before 12 months of age. Britney is a SPOILED BRAT, she isn't experience anymore stress in her life than any other person has to go through, except for what she has created herself.
We all have demands made on us by someone, our boss, family members and friends. She is not the first person to divorce or be expected to earn a living, this is the career path she has chosen. We all have bills to pay.
She needs to learn life can be tough at times and it isn't always a party, deal with it. It's easy to just give up, but when you have children you fight like hell to provide and keep them.

She's just taking the easy way out by giving up.

If Britney regains anything tomorrow it will be a sad day for those boys. I am not one to say that her rights should be revoked forever. Oh, and since THOMAS is such an EXPERT about how "photos can't be used as evidence", I'm sure he knows that ALSO submitted into evidence were not ONLY the photos of Britney with the ids NOT buckled into the carseats on no fewer than THIRTEEN occasions-- but photos of Britney holding a lit ciggarette only MILLIMETERS from Sean's face were ALSO submitted into evidence. As were photos of the boys badly sunburnt while Britney had on a large sunhat and sunglasses. As were photos of Britney dragging Sean by the arm so hard it was almost dislocated and he screamed inconsolably, in wat must have been AWFUL pain...as BRITNEY paraded him through a throng of X17 paps!

Since "Thomas the Expert" knows sooo much, I'm sure he is totally in the know about the total of SIXTY-ONE PHOTOS THAT WERE ADMITTED INTO EVIDENCE concerning custody and Britney's lack of fitness as a parent.

You’re fighting for a person who does NOTHING to fight for herself – and even more importantly, HER KIDS!! Personally, she’s a cootchie flashing, boob popping, head shaving, umbrella bashing, drug taking, booze guzzling, media whoring, baby dropping, law-breaking, sex starved slut.

Professionally, she’s a non-singing (poor lip-synching), washed-up has been! Let’s be REAL…. she could NEVER *SING*. At best she was a pretty dancer whose *PEOPLE* (pr, publicists, managers, producers, stylists, song writers, etc.) fashioned into a pop-tart icon.

And I swear, every time one of you BRITARDS calls ANYONE A “HATER” and rambles on with meaningless crap, I will post the following rebuttal right after!

BRITNEY SPEARS IS THE *HATER*:

HER MOM: brit disrespects her mother LYNNE publicly - giving her a *fake* restraining order in front of paps - that brit called! If Lynne wants to see her grandchildren (that she was taking care of w/love while Britney was partying, going crazy & neglecting them), then Lynne has a right to do so! Lynne is far more stable then Britney. Brit gave Lynne *NO OPTION* than to see the kids when they are w/Kevin & since he “IS” the father, Britney can’t stop that.
I wish the thing I could be *MAD* at my mom about was sacrificing to give me my desire of becoming a major music star!

HER DAD/ BROTHER/SISTER: brit’s publically dismissed her father by saying that she’s never really been that close to him! As for her siblings, brit didn’t speak to either of them in AGES because she REFUSED to listen to the people who love & care for her most! She didn’t want to hear them tell her she was making mistakes, to lay off the booze & drugs – so she cut them out of her life as well!

HER MANAGER: She fired him (Larry Rudolph is his name I believe) & blames him for lots of things. Yet he is the one that made her career and made her a millionaire & a super famous Pop Star (he was a genius at doing it since Britney does NOT have any real talent of her own to do it, or even know how to do it). Without him she would not have made it at all. And making it was Britney’s “big” dream since she was little. Since she fired her manager (both times) Britney’s career has gone way down.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE: didn’t she cheat on him with a dancer? (WADE ROBISON…?) It really broke his heart in a major way; he was so in love with her. That must have hurt like hell. It is no wonder he was so upset afterwards. Anyone would have been after having been so badly taken for granted & used.

BACK-UP DANCER: DALLAS AUSTIN during overseas tour in Japan, SHITNEY decided she needed a new "Boy Toy" to play with, so she showed the guy hanging all over her on a private balcony, where she knew the media would be watching her hugging and kissing all over him, and made the relationship appear intimate, so she was the talk of the tabloids.

Dallas, was a young black kid, away from home, married with a 8 month pregnant wife, who found out about her husband's dalliance from tabloids & paps who found her wanting interviews. The wife instituted divorce proceedings before the guy could even get home from the tour. When asked, SLUTNEY said she didn't care that he was married w/a kid on the way, she fired the guy and never looked back. It made SLUTNEY feel powerful knowing she could damage other people any way that she chose with her team cleaning and covering up the nasty things she would do.

X-HUSBAND #1 – JASON ALEXANDER: did y’all forget about JASON? Well I don’t blame you since that union only lasted 55hrs! to refresh your memory, ZITNEY married him in Vegas w/no pre-nup after a drug-filled weekend of debauchery! It was brit’s mama & manager who came to the rescue with an annulment. If they had not gotten Britney to do a quick annulment with Jason, then he would have gotten millions of Britney’s money for himself.

Her poor judgment, rashness & desperation for ‘marriage’ are already evident here. …& for all of you BRITARDS that like to *BLAME* K-FED for her downfall, this is proof that she was crazy & druggin’ & going way down hill BEFORE KEVIN FEDERLINE even entered the picture! Kevin is NOT the cause of her insanity.

X-HUSBAND #2 – KEVIN FEDERLINE: She chose to marry him! She chased him even though he had a ‘WIFEY’ back home (SHAR JACKSON) w/2 kids (well, shar was what - 6 month pregnant? But she KNEW one was on the way!) crazy brit bought the ring for Kevin & paid for everything.

Her family & the ENTIRE WORLD knew where that union was headed & tried to talk sense into her. …but again Ms. Zitney “WHATEVA! I DO WHAT I WANT” Spears was not going to be rational. She was even going to marry him w/o a pre-nup until her mother’s pleadings FINALLY broke through her stupidity bubble. If not for her mother, Kevin would have walked away with far more then he did. As it is, brit has to pay him big money for the next eighteen years ($20,000 a month…?) & had to pay him millions on top of that to split the 13 million mansion. He also got to keep the Ferrari & all the other ‘GIFTS’ he got from her.

Britney is very self-destructive. It was the people around her, not she herself, who knew what was in her best interests & helped her… as usual.

HER KIDS: after the press gave her "HOMEWRECKER" status, she got pregnant w/o any real planning. Her only thought was about competing with Shar & the need to prove to the world she was a "real woman". Her first pregnancy was a major media event… She demanded that Kevin bring his daughter to the house to arrange photo ops showing what a great "Step-mom" she was. Shar drew the line and would not let her newborn be a part of the media circus. So basically she used Kevin & Shar's daughter as an accessory to prop herself up in the media, the same thing she does with her boys.

when her 1st child, SEAN PRESTON was born, she was still w/Kevin who had begun promoting his 1st album by partying a lot in clubs while she seemed to be the doting mother who stayed at home. 2 years into the marriage, on baby #2 JAYDEN JAMES, & 2 weeks before KEVIN’s album was set for release brit filed for divorce… ensuring that his 1st venture would be a flop! What is that saying about “A WOMAN SCORNED…?” lol!

As soon as she made this move, SLUTNEY went crazy! All she did was party, get drunk, throw up, pass out, flash her privates everywhere - over & over... and over! =0 she attached herself to scum like PARASITE HILTON & would party all night till 6AM, stay passed out until mid afternoon (neglecting her children), until she would go shopping again & again, without the kids. She hardly saw her kids at all, let alone spend QUALITY TIME with them. Not a loving mother at all, but extremely selfish.

Brit’s also constantly handing off her kids to bodyguards, nannies, even strangers. “She has a short attention span, and that applies to caring for her kids,” says the insider. “Jayden is at a fussy stage, and when he starts crying, Brit hands the baby to a bodyguard to calm him down. When she needs a break, she gives her boys to the nearest person — even shopgirls at clothing stores!”

But Britney still won’t allow the one person who really wants to help care for the kids — her mom — anywhere near them. In fact, the insider says, when Sean asks for Grandma, the singer (who blames Lynne for making her go to rehab in February) “tells the boys, ‘she’s a bad lady,’” says the insider. “It’s so inappropriate to drag the boys into her family feud when they can’t understand what’s going on.”

All of this, combined with the baby dropping, the driving with sean on her lap, the soda in the baby bottles… The fact is that KEVIN has turned out to be a far better father than Britney ever was a mother!! In the initial custody rulings, h was awarded the children 4 days a week w/Britney only getting them 3. That says a lot about what the judge, friends & family (witnesses) think about Britney’s mothering skills. And now, she doesn’t even have them at all!!

THE NANNIES: Many of the nannies that took care of Britney's kids have come out & spoken about how bad a mother Britney is to her own children & to the nannies. (press clippings)

HER ASSISTANT FELICIA: Felicia was Britney’s loooong time assistant & really loved her. She was there before her recording career & was once one of Britney’s best friends. But Britney turned on her also.

Felicia left a public message before her departure in 2006 (?) saying that she was very worried about Britney & had been trying to help for some time. She also felt Britney had really gone off the deep end.
Felicia was quoted as saying there is an old saying in the south “There are only so many times that you can kick a dog before he gets off the porch”. In other words, Britney was also very abusive to Felicia, so Felicia finally left too.

Felicia said she’ll always love the times at the beginning of Britney’s career when they had so much fun - when Britney still had it together. Felicia left the entertainment business & is now happily working at an airline company.

REHAB: “…I don’t want to go to rehab& I said ‘NO! NO! NO!’ - Seeing her spiral out of control, KEVIN threatened her w/a DRUG TEST unless she went to rehab. Her response? THE MOST FAMOUS HAIRCUT OF 2007!! She lost her mind even further & beat the paparazzo’s car w/an umbrella before finally listening to once again, her mother & manager’s advice.

If they had not sent her there she might already be dead by now. But she is STILL in major denial & thinks it was a “big conspiracy by everyone” to get her (massive delusional psychotic paranoia). They should have sent her to a psyche ward for “real” professional help. Now she is starting to do it all over again and is going nuts. She will end up there again.

HER RECORD COMPANIES: She wanted to ditch Jive Records/Zomba (the professionals who originally launched her career) & won’t do what they’ve told her in order to save her career.

They created her image by dressing & styling her. They got her publicity/shows w/their money & connections (like MTV). Since brit has no innate talent, Jive must write her music & digitally alter her bad sounding voice in the recording studio. She’s made millions because of them & her manager mother capitalizing solely on her pretty face & body (which was photo-shopped even back then!). They knew how to market her & did a fantastic job of it.

HER POP STAR MUSIC CAREER: Before anyone knew who she really was, the industry was able to sell the CD’s using the image they created of her (mostly the Lolita sex kitten image). Her first CD, BOMT, sold around 11.5 million copies (US) in the first few months from its release.

Her 2nd cd, however, sold quite a bit less - $7.5 million in the same amount of time from its initial release (US figures).

The 3rd cd’s sales were the lowest at $3.5 million. The fans started to see who she really was, a no talent hick from the sticks, who lip-synched in concert; a fraud (artistically) w/no real talent of her own not the sweet & special girl they had thought she was. The world was beginning to realize that she was a selfish & stuck up person who only seemed to care about herself!

Her 4th studio CD was ITZ, & it sold fewer then 2 million in the same amount of time from its release. She’s had a straight downward & steep decline in her sales/statistics w/o them once coming up.

Her last tour ‘ONYX HOTEL’ did the worst in sales even before she cancelled it. Then when she did the House of Blues mini tour, it was just a joke & nothing like the image from the beginning of her career. She can’t fill a 20,000 seat arena anymore. She has completely destroyed the beautiful image the record companies created of her. Her image now is so awful that no one wants her except for a few deranged nut case fans that are left. Not enough to have a “big comeback”.
In fact there might not be a comeback ever since she seems to be INSANE now! the major record companies will not back her ever again. Nor will all the past fans that have left in disgust. She is over.

HER ACTING CAREER: after her third cd, her movie Crossroads came out & it was panned by everyone. It even won the Razzie award of the year for being the worst movie of the year and for her being the worst actress of the years. Her acting was awful & she hasn’t been offered a staring role in a movie since (& that was over five years ago).

HER CURRENT IMAGE: The industry made Britney selling her as a hot sex symbol (which she loved). Now that’s gone! all we have is an image of a liquor guzzling, drug popping, throwing up/passing out, ugly cootch flashing, boob exposing, baby dropping, child endangering, head shaving, car attacking, rehab cheating, underwear ocean dipping, cheap whore dressing, slutty sex-capade having, finger pointing nutcase!!

With all the insanity that’s been going on in her life she’s NOTHING BUT A TABLOID QUEEN (which doesn’t earn revenue the way being a major Pop Star does). Britney does not have the talent, ability or understanding of how to be successful on her own. She’s failed at everything she’s tried to do… The House of Blues mini lip-synching tour is an example of how awful it turns out when she is left to her own devices. Or take a look at her tv series Chaotic! Britney is NOT a legitimate ‘ARTISIT’ & can’t do anything her record company once did for her. In fact, she single-handedly destroyed her career!!

HER PUBLICIST: She’s already fired four publicists in the last three years. Rehired one (Leslie), but rumors are that she is about to fire her again. In itself this may not be a big deal. But when you fire everyone about you (family, publicists, husbands and boyfriends, nannies, record companies, producers, business deals, and so on, then that person (Britney) really is insane and thinks the whole world is out to get them. Britney is the true “hater” along with her few fans that are left. They think the “whole” world is wrong and out to get them. That is called, “a very deep case of Delusional Psychotic Paranoia.

HER PUBLICITY/MANAGEMENT COMPANY: She recently dropped them(?) & was trying to find someone else. She attacked/blamed them as she does everyone. No one is interested in picking her up now since they know she will eventually attack them and cause them major problems and losses - huge losses in money & investments.

I’m not sure about the above, but ‘THE FIRM’ w/JEFF KWANITZ (?) did recently drop HER because she would NOT cooperate when it came to her own career!

PRODUCERS/RECORD EXECS/SONGWRITERS: Most of them do not want anything to do with her anymore. Only a small handful has been around lately but even they can't deal w/her daily drama, unprofessional attitude, & her unpredictability (whether she’ll show up or not for her recording dates). She’s already blown them off many times over the last two years by not showing up as promised. Some of them (major producers, recording engineers, songwriters), have left because of her awful & unprofessional attitude.

Most recently TIMBALAND along with Justin Timberlake offered to produce something for her – even doing a duet with TIMBERLAKE… but brit the retard turned them down!

The record industry that created Britney's image, wrote her songs & created the stage shows won’t invest in Britney because she has completely destroyed her image & career that the world loved so much. She is very unpredictable & unprofessional & can't be counted on to last through a tour & NOT cancel out. The industry can’t trust her anymore. They know they’ll lose millions in investments just like the last time Britney cancelled her tour to hang w/Kevin.

And without the industry to put up millions of dollars to promote her, get the arenas set up, and all the other things they do to invest in a celebrity that they have made; Britney will NOT have any kind of a comeback!!

THE INDUSTRY: No one in the Entertainment industry wants her anymore. No one is having her on their shows such as Leno, Letterman, or any of the major outlets. Nike, the Super Bowl, Pepsi and all the others have dropped her and don't want her anymore. Even the representatives for The Super Bowl stated that they were turning her down last year and could not use her anymore because of her negative image. They flat out stated “why” last year, and publicly, as have many others over the past few years.

OTHER CELEBRITIES: don’t want to be seen w/her anymore since she has such a bad image. They don’t want it to rub off on them by association! Britney’s image is now one of the worst that has ever been except maybe for those of O. J. Simpson, Anna Nicole Smith, Robert Blake, Michael Jackson, or Courtney Love (although Courtney & Michael have far more talent as artists).

Other major celebs treat her like she is the plague now. Such a shame since at the beginning of her career she seemed like the cutest, sweetest thing and “everyone” wanted to be seen with her. Now they don’t.

HER INSURANCE COMPANIES/LAWSUIT: Britney sued seven (7) of them & tried to get them to pay her 10 million dollars after she bailed out of her 2004 ONYX HOTEL tour due to her *KNEE INJURY*.

Now she has lost some of the biggest & most powerful promoters/insurance companies in the industry because she attacked them. She attacks the very people that help her and support her & then makes major enemies out of them! Other companies won’t take her now either since they see her track record of turning on people. She loses potential backers because of this. This is one of the dumbest things to do since these are the people that put up the millions to back a tour & the CD’s.

Britney lost the suit because she lied on her contract w/them & didn’t disclose some medical problems she had already had w/her knee. She had a serious knee injury in 1999 which required an operation. She then injured it again during her 2004 tour. It had been operated on less then five years of the date the contract said she had to disclose any information like that.

Then when she cancelled the rest of her ONYX tour, she wanted them to foot the bill, which they did not. Britney eventually had to pay all of it herself… In reality, her knee injury wasn’t that bad. She could have been back on tour in a few weeks & finished up the majority of it w/o a problem. Her fans would have loved her for that. But instead she decided she wanted to ditch the fans to hang w/Kevin.

Britney was selfishly thinking of herself - not her obligations or her loyal fans (most of which have left).

THE ONYX TOUR: the truth of the matter is that her tour was not doing well at all. She had already lost a lot of fans. A lot of the arenas on her Onyx tour were not selling out. Many of them were only a quarter or a third full. But her first two tours at the beginning of her career (BOMT, & OIDIA) sold out everywhere.

At the beginning, no one knew she was a fake yet since Jive/Zomba & the industry were able to keep the image together that “they” created for her. But by the time the Onyx tour was touring, she’d already lost many of her initial fans. She even ran off stage three times in Europe (three different shows) when she saw they were only one third full. And they were not big arenas either. The promoters had already downsized a lot of the shows on the tour before hand because of slow ticket sales. She was already losing it and ruining her image back then.

ENDORSEMENTS/LAWSUIT - NIKE SHOES: Britney did not live up to her part of the contract & tried to sue Nike but Britney lost that lawsuit also (she didn’t show up & do the promo(s) she was contracted to do w/them but went out & partied instead, over & over). Nike lost $ on the products she was supposed to promote.

ENDORSEMENTS/LAWSUIT - NYLA RESTAURANT: Britney also lost the lawsuit she filed against her promoters that helped her create her failed restaurant NYLA. She created a lot of bad feelings w/all of them. She has had a major history of suing people then losing the suit. She is very self destructive on lawsuits and almost always loses them.

ENDORSEMENTS - PERFUMES: Only her perfumes are left. They used to sell at upscale department stores, but are now at low-end store in bargain bins. They are selling for less then 50% of what they used to sell for (check the statistics and the stores). And one of her perfumes has already been discontinued.

It has been stated by Elizabeth Arden reps that they will probably discontinue them in about a year when their contract w/her is over. They are now taking losses on them. Britney also had another tantrum this year when she was supposed to do a shoot w/them to launch a new scent. She didn’t get along w/them & stormed out of the place upset, being rude again, to the very people that are trying to help her sell her products. Nothing but very selfish & unprofessional behavior from spears again & again. Sales for this latest ‘come-back’ perfume are not doing well either.

NOTE: I recently saw a blub about her perfumes doing WELL in a recent tab mag… the only problem is that they COMBINED her scents to get a total of *1* sales figure… which looks like more cheating & spin from camp clitney. I’ll update this once I know what the real deal is!

MEDIA/LAWSUIT - US MAGAZINE: Britney tried to sue them also, but lost. Britney is just making more & more enemies out there.

MEDIA – MATT LAUER INTERVIEW/OK MAGAZINE MELTDOWN: for the LAUER ‘EVERYTHING’S OKAY’ interview she was under & poorly dressed. She chomped on gum, a cow chewing cud like the hillbilly she is!

For the OK shoot, the ‘BIG COMEBACK’ interview, she showed up late & stoned! She was publically fondling herself & using the bathroom repeatedly w/the door open… she let her pooch crap over designer couture & stole the rest w/o giving the promised & paid for interview! These are her attempts at being her own publicist! Again, she single-handedly ruins her own career/chances!!

HER GENUINE FANS: She shows little regard for them by not putting out a studio CD in almost five years. She gives her fans no love at all, and does not even notice them most of the time, but acts like her few fans that are left are the biggest burden to her.

Her bodyguard recently came forward alleging that she would be ILL-TEMPERED when approached by her fans & didn’t want any of them to touch or talk to her. A LOT of her fan base has left her.

HER *CRAZEEEEE* FANS: Many of the fans she has left are BRITARDS who are either very young & stupid or mentally deficient in some way! They’re very dependent on her for their happiness unable to live life w/o Britney in it to worship! They enable her w/their massive neediness. When your happiness is so very dependant on someone else – a someone else that you don't even know - that is a very unstable mental state to be in!!

Look at CHRIS CROCKER’s Crazy ‘LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE’ tape! In another post highlighting his Britney *POOL* (various media clips of her through-out the years) he states HE LOVES BRITNEY! HE DOESN’T CARE IF SHE EVER *FEEDS* HER KIDS AGAIN…

These are the kinds of *FANATICALS* she has left! If they were a little bit less crazy, they’d understand that she does not care a thing about them – just the money they put in her pockets by buying her cd’s & concert tickets!

THE PAPARAZZI: She is the one that calls them & makes deals for them to follow her. This has been DOCUMENTED BY PAP AGENCIES in various news outlets!! She lets them know where she’ll be. She made an exclusive deal w/X17 after attacking their suv w/her umbrella!!
X17 is CONTRACTED TO ACT AS HER PUBLICIST!
She pays them to do spin, they pay her for photo opps, they profit share on the sale of said pictures... How do you think she is making money these days? Not from selling records... or perfume... Vag shots and the like are her main source of revenue.
THE OWNER OF X17 did an interview with MTV. She talked about her "special" relationship with Britney, advised on how they were doing damage control for her & insinuated that K-Fed was doing something "creepy" by not letting the kids out of the house for them to take pictures.

People go to their ‘GOSSIP’ SITE thinking they are unbiased, but they are totally in cahoots with the train-wreck formerly known as Britney Spears!

She flashes her stuff over & over on purpose to get attention. She goes out of her way to get attention so she’ll stay in the tabloids. If she didn’t do all those crazy things then the tabloids would get bored of her (as would the public) & everyone would lose interest.

The attention she is getting is not positive at all. She is now the laughing stock of the world. She is not a Pop Star anymore to the world. The media that helped create her image has now destroyed it.

The excuse that some Britney fans have that she is a “poor victim” of the paps is completely false. She wants the attention since she is very selfish and attention starved. She “needs” to be in front of the world at all costs (even at the cost of her children, finances and career). She has serious psychological issues, and it’s NOT getting better.

As for work, we all have to work. The difference is that she was making millions because of the image the “record companies” created of her. It is not hard to ride around in limos, hang w/other celebrities, & make millions for being on stage & being adored by millions of fans for a few hours a night. Those that try to paint a picture about how awful & rough it was for Britney to be a Pop Star are very wrong. Britney loved it & it was everyone else that did all the work for her (the song writing, the stage shows, setting up the concerts, the CD’s, etc.).

All Britney had to do was dance a couple of hours a night, lip-synch, smile & make millions for it. That is NOT hard work. Any other teenager would have loved that for a job. So stop acting like she is such a poor victim & that it was soooooo hard on her. As much as she likes to eat there, I bet she couldn’t hold down a REAL *JOB* at mcdonald’s to save her life!

SUMMATION: Britney really does need serious therapy now. She needs mental help badly before she kills herself or her kids. And the CRAZEEE fans that are left are the ones killing her. You are enabling her & supporting her as she self-destructs. Britney is the one that has caused all her problems (not everyone else). The people around her were trying to help her.

The fans that think everyone around Britney are just trying to take advantage of her, are just as lost as Britney is, and are also “very paranoid and needy people”. They think the whole world is out to get them. They too need serious treatment before it is too late for them. The problem is they usually don't get it in time. They then end up in a mental ward or even worse, they end up dead.

STOP demanding that she *GIVE YOU MORE*!!! Forget the stupid CD & let the girl get her *LIFE* back in order!!

I stand corrected on one thing only. She doesn't have to submit to hair testing. I will be back tomorrow. But guess what? This full custody eval isn't going to be over until January 2008. That's what the document says. And I can't post the document here, I tried already, it just comes up with a bunch of numbers and backwards words. i will post what SOME of it says though. I think the judge should stop pussyfooting around with this case and just hurry up and sentence her to 6 months in the county jail and 6 months community service doing hard labor. And I think the judge should also give serious consideration to ordering her sent to the county hospital for a permanent tubal sterilization so she cannot repeat her dastardly diabolical deeds with any other children she might conceive.

Better yet, the judge should have a gallows constructed in front of the courthouse and hang her by her neck to just be done with any dastardly deeds from her forever. The judge should make her punishment an example for all women to see so there will be no confusion in their mind as to where their place is and what their duties are.

I stand corrected on one thing only. She doesn't have to submit to hair testing. I will be back tomorrow. But guess what? This full custody eval isn't going to be over until January 2008. That's what the document says. And I can't post the document here, I tried already, it just comes up with a bunch of numbers and backwards words.

9:20, yes...I too am thanful Tony had the forethought to retrieve those tapes. I think MOST people would have destroyed them rather than throw them away, but Tony said that Britney threw out literally dozens of them just in his short tenure with her. I know he is a good man at heart because he could have sold those tapes to a media outlet for at LEAST a high-six-figure dollar amount and possibly even more what with all the current media interest in Britney.

I have heard some of the "fans" say that Tony isn't "reliable" due to the fact that he waited several months to come forward. In his statement it says that he spoke with Britney after she let him go and he conveyed some of his serious concerns about her fitness as a parent. His statement reads that she "promised" repeatedly to get help and that she would seek counseling and hire another nanny full-time, one that was well-qualified. (She had recently let go her NINTH nanny in almost as many months-- any time the kids showed real attachment toward the nanny, Britney would fire them. Adding insult to almost literal injury, she never even checked anyone's qualifications or references...she basically just wanted young, hip girls who would function more as "paid friends" than child caregiver)

Tony attempted to contact her numerous times when he saw that she wasn't honoring her end of he deal. His whole concern all along has been the welfare of those children. He stated that there came a point when he realized that Britney was deteriorating so rapidly that she obviously had no intention of living up to her promise of seeking counseling for her alcohol/drug abuse and emotional instability OR hiring a proper nanny. He also stated that the only time ANYONE in Britney's "camp" responded to his repeated attempts to contact her was "a male" who refused to identify himself (I personally think it was Sam aka Jeff) but reminded Tony of his confidentiality agreement and said that if Tony were to "say anything", he would be sued.

I am proud of him as a person, a man, and most importantly as a father who cares about children's safety for not caving into the ridiculous threat.

In all probability, Tony likely saved the lives of those kids.

It is called unlearning bad behavior. We have all had to do it at some point in time or another. Just because you are taught something as a child, doesn't mean that you carry those mistakes into your adulthood. I am not saying that Britney had a normal childhood, but Britney chose alot of the path that she went on. The point is that she is an adult now, with the responsibilities of one. Alot of people have screwed up childhoods, that doesn't mean that they get a free pass at acting like a selfish brat when they grow up. Part of being an adult is that you take responsibility and be productive in society. Are you suggesting that because she was a child star that she should be allowed to act like this.
