Gossip Girls have learned that a criminal investigation has been launched into an attempted assault with a deadly weapon involving the legal team of Kevin Federline.

According to the LAPD, Aaron Cohen, a former counter-terror commando in the Israeli army who now works for K-fed’s lawyer, was stuck while sitting in his car by Sam Osama Lufti driving a Mercedes. Since when does anyone not a party to the issue want to get involved in any legal case, let alone a family legal dispute, which are NEVER pretty. Even if Sam later realized who was in one of the cars, does that mean he's just going to step out of his car, after they pounce on him in a threatening matter! Suddenly he should be the nice guy and go over to their car and say "Let me buy you a cup of coffee for your troubles". Please! Obviously Kaplan is used to all people, not just those in this case, avoid subpoenas, for whatever reason, that he is compelled to hire some former "soldier" to serve people.
