That's a different video than all the others have. It deleted a lot of what really happend. It doesn't show the photographer clearly telling Shitney that the light is red. It doesn't show the oncoming traffic that she cuts off to make that turn. The seller is also using this auction for PR purposes. They claim on their website that they are doing the auction in association with EBAY. Even going so far as to say that ebay is sponsoring the auction and placing on your marquee front page.
The auction is being used to promote a website, under the guise that it is for charity. EBAY users should not have to see EBAY used by scammers to promote themselves under the guise of charity and with the backing of EBAY itself.
Furthermore, and lastly, the fake bids on this item ran the price up thousands of dollars. None of the newbie accounts are within the top bid range. ALL FALSE BIDS SHOULD BE RETRACTED and the PRICE RESET to a value appropriate for what it would be without the fake bids.
In the interest of charity, and the simple fact that they are advertising this extensively as a partnership with Ebay, this item should be re-listed, removed, or reset as stated above.
