I am a Britney fan from way back - her music is excellent and her talent undeniable, but she is a very sick, unwell woman, who needs her children taken away from her ASAP, and who needs to be monitered considering she is clearly not right in the head.

You guys constantly praising her for doing nothing good is the reason that she is so screwed up.

The trainwreck's lawyer's slyly arranged for her to have her court-ordered deposition on Wednesday, when the aftermath of the New Year's holiday would hopefully distract attention away from her legal requirements.

In typical Britney mode, Spears decided not to show to the deposition.

This is the FIFTH time that Spears has missed her court-appointed deposition!

Last time, she blamed anxiety.

This latest incident was the straw that broke the camel's back for Britney and her lawyers, who filed a motion to quit her legal team after her latest no show.

However, that didn't stop the chemically unbalanced mother of two from hitting the streets.

Photographers caught Spears wasting time, driving around Los Angeles aimlessly for an hour yesterday, when she should have been giving her court-appointed deposition.

And she did not look good!

Unfitney kept covering her mouth, looking like she was gonna puke.

Why does all the other celebrity websites report that Britney failed to show up for her deposition AGAIN, but X-17 has failed to even mention this?

What the heck?!?!? Did anyone notice she is STILL driving around without licensce plates?!!?! SHe was supposedly told back in November to register her damn car?? Why would I get a ticket and she still is just wondering around aimlessly without plates and driving erratically? WTF?

seriously, she needs to be arrested. This is getting ridicoulous! Can't they do something with all the footatge they have of her just driving around aimlessly and I bet you they're not even drug tested. This is just further proof that NO ONE really cares to get this girl the help that she needs. 8:28 - For 6 yrs I worked for 3 national auto groups in TX (another state that the plates stay with the car) and I can tell you plates do not take two months to come in (unless the car is coming from out of state, a previous lien is waiting to be released, or some other issue which would not apply in her case because it is a brand new car!) My bet is she has not bothered to go back to the dealership to get the plates. Maybe you should get a book too.

If they mailed the plates (entirely possible...my own were mailed after I moved out of state) they STILL would not take two months to get to her! I was angry with her too when she lost the boys, but i chose to give her the benefit of the doubt, which was a mistake. She is purposly not going to these things because she has something to hide.
