Next on Brit's latest tour of SoCal's celebrity hotspots was only 100 yards down the road at the Ivy at the Shore restaurant. Once again, her visit here was exceptionally brief as she left without eating and headed straight back home to her gated community off Mulholland Drive.

That is someone that is very dangerous for little babies to be around. That was the best thing that could happen for those babies, is for them to be taken away from that psychotic. You only care about Spears, you don't care about her babies at all and the danger they were in by being with her. That just shows that you hate babies and are a real danger to your own (that you claim to have).

She also went through two divorces because she created that sceen. She marries Jason Alexander for 55 houre since she thought it was a joke. Shows she does not take marriage seriously. BRITNEY SPEARS fans. The point is that Britney has not made a comeback. If she had made a comeback she would be on letterman, Leno, and doing the circuit. She would be on MTV. She would be all over regular TV also. All the radio stations would be playing her songs around the clock like they used to. She would be in all the magazines. Everyone would be trying to get her on their mag covers, TV shows, and she would be on top of the Billboard charts (which is the industry standard, not iTunes).

She is none of those things. No one wants her on their shows, She is NOT on MTV or any other TV or cable shows. She is not on the cover of any magazines about her new singles. No one in the industry is asking for her or running anything about her. If she had made a comeback then she would be all over the place right now like she was almost ten years ago. But nothing, she is no where. She only has a hit on iTunes. That is a $1.00 sale. iTunes gets a majority of the money for it. Then her record label gets a bunch of it also. Then Britney gets her cut out of the $1.00 (but then has to pay her managers, publicists and anyone else, such as the people that wrote the songs for her since they get royalties and payment for it). Britney, if she is lucky gets a few pennies for each sale. But years ago, when she had CD sales and was all over the place (TV, radio, magazines etc.), she made a huge amount of money for each song or CD sale. Now she is getting almost nothing and no one is interested in her in the media anymore when it comes to her music.

As stated earlier, Billboard is the industry standard and the only real place that the industry and artists use for real sales and figures. She made it to 78# and then it started falling off real heavy. And it only reached that since her fans where pushing it as hard as they could. No one wants her. And if the industry does not want her then her career IS over. Without them she has no support and no backers for major CD releases and major investing agencies to back a world tour.

iTunes is very easy to get to a #1 spot when you have a bunch of rabid fans that are buying the song over and over to push up sales. One of her CD's costs about $15.00 for a fan to buy. But if the fan spends that same $15.00 on iTunes then it is 15 buys. Which means it is like 15 people bought it. Also, her record company and Britney's people buy it for a day or two from iTunes to make it look like it is the #1 sale of that time period. In other words, if Britney's team spend about $10,000 on day one and another $10,000 on day two to download it, then it makes it seem like it is number one. But it is not. There are only a few rabid fans and Britney's people that buy it for a short period of time then it falls off quickly. It is not a true #1. It is just smoke and mirrors and marketing.

iTunes is not a true test of sales. That is why the industry does not use it for there statistics. The very fact that it is nowhere in sight on the radio (in big numbers like she was years ago) just shows how it is not selling well at all. Again, she is not on the radio much; it is not being played much at all. It only got to #78 on Billboard. The industry is not supporting it at all. MTV is not playing it. TV talk shows are not backing her or doing anything about it at all. In other words it is NOT a real #1.

iTunes is just a shallow place that does not count at all. Those are not honest real figures at all. No one else except iTunes is acting like she is anywhere near #1. So iTunes does not mean a thing. If she starts to sell in big amounts in the stores, and she is on TV big time, and on MTV (where they are rotating her songs all the time like they used to 8-10 years ago), then you can say she is back or is #1. And when everyone wants her on their shows and on their magazines then you can say she is back. And when her song is selling real big all over the place and the radio stations are playing it all the time, then you can consider that she is back and has made a comeback. But she is not even close to any of those things, and now it is already falling off of the #1 spot on iTunes. She is not back at all. She is still over.

Here's my humble opinion...Britney never truly learned the word "NO". She gets rid of people who tell her "NO" because she has enough money to do so. She is a money machine for the paps and they are such an ego boost for her. I do have to say that I thought about what it would be like to be able to take a $300,000 photo of Britney but if she asked me not to use it I wouldn't. Money doesn't buy happiness. I would cherish her trust more than money. I could not betray a trust (even though I could use a few hundred thousand for my company. I just bought a half million dollar business and it's going to be tough to start. I'll at least appreciate being able to make ends meet.) I wish I had Britney's money but I'd never take it with the paps included. If Britney didn't desire the $attention$ of the paps I would love to have her enjoy the quiet tranquility of Western Massachusetts and get her act together. But when you look at it she has only gotten about 179,000 downloads. That is very little compared to her sales years ago of her singles. That is very, very low. Also, you have to ask yourself why no one is promoting her at all. No one in the industry is promoting her new CD that is supposed to come out in less then a month. They are killing her career. Most people don't like her new single at all. So if she is realesing most of her songs or at least a lot of the ones that are supposed to be hits, then very few will buy her new CD when it comes out since they have already downloaded the hits from iTunes and anywhere else. In years past they would have started a HUGE promotion campain months before her new CD came out. By now, a month before she would have her CD come out she would have tons of prmotion already and major spots on TV and MTV and tons of major top level magazines with her picture on it such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan and all the others. She would be doing major TV shows like Letterman, Leno, etc. But no one is doing anything and they are just selling her hits on iTunes (only 179,000 downloads, most of which are her record company and Spears buying them to try to create a buying hysteria), but almost no one is buying it. And no readio stations are playing it big time. Years ago, all the pop radio stations would have been playing her singles around the clock and doing contests and all kinds of crazy shit. Jive refuses to pay for anything and SHE paid for that video. This has been a nightmare for Jive since 2006 in NYC. Couldn't function in the studio, too high or too stubborn to listen to anything. Too high basically. She was actually going to release it w/ long shots showing her obviously out of shape flab jiggling around the pole and various other truly DEMENTED "shots" of her being sexy. They tolsd her it wasn't appropriate for release and cited her "young fans". Truth is it was incredibly bad, showed her at her worst and HIGH. VERY VERY HIGH. Jive will comply legally with the remainder of her contract within the specifications, terms and boundaries set forth in said contract. Period.

Itunes & biilboard digital chart is bullshit. Books and movies are counted in Digital. They just don't count. Just for the record:

1. I am an attorney - I have never run from anyone - I went to sleep because it was late and I was tired. Everyone here is nameless and faceless in cyberland. Why would I give a shit what you think of me?!

2. I do not have the time or energy to deal with the nonsense on here - I had seen something that really bothered me as it did many of the people who watched this at CVS when I was there - we're all frustrated here and want to scream about it. I guess I did have a delusion that someone might actually read this, think about it, about what the paps do to not only this woman, but everyone who happens to be in her way, and stop stalking this woman.

3. As to court ordered drug tests - only the attorneys receive the results and they forward the information to their clients and the judge - so the comments about Britney taking them herself and buying them at a drugstore are just ridiculous.

I also meant to state that the drug tests are administered by a neutral 3rd party lab or doctor and then sent on to the attys and/or judge.
