"Growing up" does not mean becoming overly sexualized. That's part of the problem. Girls have been taught to confuse the two.

i am glad she is growing up nicely in the face. So many other child stars turn out ugly like that boy from the sixth sense. He looked horrendous when he got older and starred in second hand lions

The first time I saw Dakota was on the miniseries, Taken. She’s growing into a pretty young lady. Dakota’s platform heels are a little too mature for her but overall she’s dressed like a typical 15 year old. Her hair and make-up are age appropriate too.
