Pretty In Purple
Both Eva Longoria and Maggie Gyllenhaal both wore the color to the Met's Costume Gala in NYC last night.
Although Eva looks gorge in a Marchesa dress with accordion ruffles all over - she definitely my vote for best dressed!
Maggie's full skirt with a hint of saloon, however, reminds me of something Scarlett O'Hara might wear if her curtains were made out of tulle. I can appreciate that she wanted to make a bold splash, but it just doesn't cut it.
I dunno, maybe it's the hair?
Or the uneven length? It's just fug.
