TMZ has learned Dr. Phil's visit with Britney Spears was not exactly as advertised.
People on the 7th floor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center say the Doctor arrived at about 7:30 AM Saturday. We're told Britney did not invite him in; she didn't even know he was coming. Sources say it was Brit's parents who told Dr. Phil to go to the hospital. When he walked into her room, we're told, a blindsided Britney walked out -- and eventually came back.
Sources say Phil tried speaking with Spears for about 15 minutes -- not an hour as Dr. Phil's press release states --but she wanted none of it. We're told Phil was doing almost all the talking. As for walking with her to the car on her way out -- again as his release states -- we're told, if he was walking behind her, that's news to her. She absolutely was not accompanied by him.
Sources say Dr. Phil somehow convinced Brit's mom and dad to be on his show, which will tape Monday and air Tuesday (it was just moved up a day), but, as one person put it, "Based on the interaction between Dr. Phil and Britney this morning, it'll be a cold day in hell before Britney goes on his show." We're told she absolutely will not appear on the program.
Sources say Dr. Phil wants to do a television intervention, something that isn't sitting well with some of the people who have known for a while that Britney has a very serious mental condition -- likely a bipolar disorder that is now in the red zone.
TMZ contacted Cedars to find out why the hospital let a television doctor on a floor that has such fragile patients, particularly since Britney had no idea he was coming. It's especially troublesome that Cedars let Dr. Phil go uninvited to Britney's room, since she had already been discharged and presumably had a right to know if someone wanted to visit. A Cedars rep made it short and sweet, telling us "No comment."
A rep from the "Dr. Phil" show had no comment as well, other than "Dr. Phil met with Ms. Spears at family members' invitation."

As for Britney, I CANNOT believe that they let her out after 36 hours! I don't know how the law works in CA (I know, I know, they don't have one), but where I live, a 5150 is a minimum of 48 hours and not a second less. I know that I too have said some pretty mean things about Britney on here, but it just seems to me that by letting her off the hook, is only making things that much worse. I still think in my opinion that it is drugs. I think that it was mustered up to be another Britney cover-up because of the publicity. By law, they can only release information with her consent. If she were truly crazy then they would have kept her for the maximum allowance. I must admit that I am not a Britney fan, as far as her music; however, I can't help but feel for her and pray for her. I DON'T know what she is going through and I won't pretend that I do. Psychiatric Francisco Egger: Britney doesn´t have a MENTAL ILLNES , it was just a SHOCK case!
Well, today in a news show from TVN , a Psychiatric named Francisco Egger spoke and he claimed that he could not affirmed if Britney has or not a mental illness because he hasn´t examined her but based in his experience he believed that she doesn´t. What he said is the following:
“ First it was reported that Britney Spears has suffered an overdose of an unknown substance … but this was totally discarded since she was completed conscience in every single moment and none person on earth could endure an overdose in that way so for that reason that is discarded.”
The other hypothesis that is sustained is that Britney has a mental illness.

I have seen the pictures and Britney wasn´t tie in her wrists and she didn´t show that characteristics that´s why that it is also discarded.
Through my experience I have attended many people in state of nervous shock,recently because of the earthquake in the country´s north where I attended people in panic´s state, in shock. This is an state where you are lost in yourself, where some people could pass from the hysteria to act like babys or like animals, for many people that doesn´t understand the problem this could mean craziness but it is necessary reaffirmed that this is just an state not a disease.
