I look forward to the day that Brad and Angelina do something nice for someone without immediately issuing a press release, giving a press conference, staging a photo-op or doing a round of interviews to let EVERYONE know how they just did something nice for someone. Charity means doing something nice and no expecting anything in return. There are lots of ways to raise awareness for the causes you care about without raising awareness for yourself. And if they really wanted to help they would have a really simple email or website address that they would constantly be giving out so people could help them help other people. Having to constantly scrounge around the web for a place to send money to doesn't seem very helpful.

If Brand-gelina wanted the world to help them with their charity work that email address would be tattooed on Angie's arm for all the world to see. Their charity thing is just slick PR to keep themselves in the news and to quiet down those adultery rumors. It's a lot cheaper than paying for a publicist.
