I think the issue is not her driving. I think Kfed is more concerned about losing his "alimony" on Nov 15 than he is about her driving. Please folks, pay attention. Kfed has no income other than the child support, no job, no prospects. If he gets full time custody he gets more cash. He doesn't want to give up his mansion for a place with cheaper rent than the $7500 a month. It seems to me he could find a cheaper (but as nice) place for less money. People reports that the Friday hearing was requested by K-Fed lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, who contacted TMZ about subpoenaing our story, with video showing Brit blowing through the intersection at Mulholland Drive and Coldwater Canyon. Kaplan is NOT trying to reduce further custody of her children as you write. He asked the Commish last time to not allow her to DRIVE when she has the kids. So he's trying again, apparently with the red light video. Nobody knows what the drug test shows yet---all rumors at this point. But if people would stop making this a Brit vs KFed thing and look at the safety of the kids FIRST, you'd see why Kaplan is making this request. Everybody's picking sides but the one side that is forgotten is the kids' side. They deserve stability, safety, and structure. They are just babies and they must be so confused.

Shar and Kevin get along because they have kids together and they remained friends because of it. I applaud that. It isn't easy especially considering the circumstances surrounding their breakup.
