It's the continuing commercialization of Christmas and the fact that the PC police are trying to separate those who celebrate Christmas from mainstream society. In other words, "I don't celebrate it, so why should I not be able to shop". It's my opinion, albeit a harsh one.

It's hard for me because I respect those who don't celebrate the same holidays as I do or have the same beliefs, but I also don't think anything should be open on Sunday either. I was very sad to see the Blue Laws go. Sunday used to be a day to spend with family (same as Christmas). I can't imagine patronizing a store or movies on Christmas Day. In many cases, it's taking someone away from their family or loved ones and I don't like it much.

You are correct.My daughter who is 4 has the same pony. It goes back and forth and does not have a strap that holds the child in place. If the child does not hold on it is easy to fall off. I cannot imagine a 1 or 2 year old would even remember to hold on or be able to touch the floor for balance.

Britney is the one stalling the custody hearing by not giving her depo. As far as I can see there is no sign of improvement in her life that caused the whold custody battle to begin with.

Magazine reports that if she doesn't show up to this one she could face jail time.

A source said, "She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show. That would be extreme for a child custody hearing, but not outside the realm of possibility."

KFed's attorney has already complained to the court about Brit not showing up to her depos. KFed and Brit aren't due back in court until February and their final hearing is in April. End this madness already!

Are you forgetting the children are just 1 and 2 years old? Many children are at home at that age with just parents and siblings and do fine in school. Many children that age play on their own and don't have the ability to play with others. I am a preschool teacher and many of my kids are with either a parent or babysitter until 3-4 years old and do fine and school.

You are also forgetting the kids are a major target for paps and I am sure Kevin unlike Britney doesn't want to subject them to the paps or he already would have. They will do fine in school. Hopefully a very private school.

I am glad for little boys to have Christmas with both of their parents. A seperate comment about the food - which Kevin had for his whole family is no different than mine. I had the blue cheese stuffed in the roast beef, fruit/romaine lettuce with the vingrette dressing,carrots,and onions(veg)and dinner rolls for the whole family of mine for Christmas dinner at my house last night. I didn't want to repeat the traditional(Turkey,and etc) Thanksgiving "menu" that my parents had at their house last November. My parents had the whole family the ham sandwiches, Aspragus with Dill sauce, and mashed potato and the casear salad for dinner last Christmas eve. I am sure there are some people serve not "traditional" dinner for Christmas dinner or dinner on Christmas eve..Want to have the family around is the most important thing than what family going to eat!

When ever I have cough-I use(Vicks rub on)on my bottom of the feet every night,to relieve my cough overnight and to shorten the days with cough and cold. Just a little vick and rub on. Be sure to wash your hands after put the vick on the bottom of the feet before put hands near face or eye, because it can burn your eyes, if it touch. Many people think using the Vicks rub only on the chest which I had thought before this. But I have found it works best plus by put it on the feet with the socks on at bedtime. I learned from my doctor, who also happens to be my friend too.

My dad passed away on me i started getting into trouble like you.. i have enjoyed the benefits of HONEY previously - i used to use it before every concert & for rehearsals when i used to sing to smooth out & protect the *vocal chords*... i was always getting strep back then!
