Britney is the one that chased Kevin down. She asked him to come to Europe when she was on her Onyx tour. Then she begged him to marry her. Then she bought him the ring and paid for the wedding. She then decided to have two babies back to back by him when he even said no to the second one since he was not ready, but she did it anyway. She then turns out to be an overbearing wife always nagging him. She turned out to be a terrible mother to her kids (which is why they took them away from her). She was the one who asked for the divorce sending it by text since she did not have the courage to tell him to his face. Then she decides to sue him for 100% custody of the kids just to spite him.

Now she is under a c-ship, has lost her kids to Kevin who now has 100% custody, and she has to pay him money each month to watch the kids that SHE decided to NOT watch.
