I think she has the same medical condition my brother has. He started to call in to work due to hangovers awile back. The more he did it, the more serious he had to make the illness sound in order to be beleived. He started making doctors appointments ahead of time when he knew he was going to be out partying. Not because he knew he was going to feel like crap and needed a doctor, but because he knew he was going to feel to bad to go to work and needed a doctors excuse. It got really bad when he wasnt able to get a doctors appointment and had no choice but to go to the hospitals quick care to get his doctors excuses. The thing is it wasnt long before his work knew he was full of shit and layed him off. His illness is alcoholism and Lindsay is doing the exact same thing he was. The studio called Lindsay on this bullshit on her last movie in that highly publicised letter. Now she's back to work on her new movie and back to her illness' and doctors notes. I'd like to see how many trips she's made to the doctors when she was working on a project versus how many when she wasnt working.

No way. Had a laproscopy to get my appendix removed, they kept me in the hospital for 48hrs after it and I was shit for at least 3 days afterwards. I was 26 in and in very good shape. She's going to kill herself. Very sad, her mother should be in jail along with her father, bad parenting.

Dude. I had an appendectomy this summer, and there is NO WAY I was in shape to eat out and go clubbing the day I got out of the hospital. I could barely walk to the end of the block and back..and I had laproscopic surgery. Dunno what her deal was, but it wasn't appendicitis!

Whatever the reason, I agree with the person that wroted about the fact that a movie has had to shut down production because of her - they're losing millions of dollars because of that, and had it really been an appendectomy, it would be understandable.
