and has good intent(ie:roses) but she needs to slow down, cut out the drinking (and drugs) and increase the number of visits to her therapist. Lindsay needs to allow Sam to get her help and I think another 30-90 days in rehab would be a good intervention if Lindsay would allow it. One thing for sure, no matter how much Sam loves Lindsay; she can’t handle Lindsay alone, without compromising her own wellbeing and Lindsay’s too. The media on their tail every five seconds has been very detrimental for this couple as have Mr. Lohan’s attacks on Sam.

Ok, after watching this video and the splash video, it doesn't look to me like she's drunk or high. Aside from the fact that she doesn't look drunk, there is NO way they would have given her the keys if she was drunk. The club is liable for that. I'm sure this is covered in their training.
