That family needs a whole lot of therapy. But, one step at a time. Hopefully, MiLo can convice her what a hellhole prison is and that she will find out for herself if she doesn't get her life together. Her mom, DiLo, is so deep in denial that she has no insight to offer LiLo. It would be very nice to see LiLo recover like Robert Downey, Jr., has.
