After an eventful evening on Dancing With the Stars, Mel B took the party over to Hyde with her partner Maksim as well as her "Mum" Andrea! Mel looked so hot in that figure-hugging dress, that she must have temporarily dazzled a photog, who got his camera strap stuck in her car! After much pleading (and even more embarrassment), Mel eventually gave the guy his camera back -- but she had no money to give the homeless man who approached her window! Ya'd think with her upcoming sold-out Spice Girls Tour, she could afford to be generous!
