I'm sorry but if my child was supposedly molested, I would not be asking for money first and THEN criminal charges. I wouldn't want your money. If you all look up the court documents you'll see that the civil suit for the $20 million was filed long before the parents decided to press charges. Clearly extortion, and being a law student I know that if your civil case is presented before your criminal trial you show the prosecution all your defense and that gives them time to think of ways to prove you wrong or discredit you in any way. Many cases settle the civil suit first so the defense have the edge when it comes to the criminal trial(which is much more important than the civil trial. Clearly if Michael went through his 2003 trial, he would have gone through the 1993 one too if the parents and the kid didn't take their $22 million and run.

I will always remember michael for his awsome ability to light up the room when he opened his mouth to sing and thats what makes him "THE KING OF POP" and you a "NOBODY"!! U now all the haters need to set back and realize how much of a difference he has made for sooooo many people with charitys and donations and if nothin else the inspiration his music has brought into our hearts.
