Mischa Avoids Jail Time
Talk about a slap on the wrist - it seems Mischa Barton has successfully avoided any jail time stemming from her December 27th DUI arrest!
The Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed to X17 that Barton, not present for her hearing, has been put on three years probation and required to attend a three month alcohol education program. Mischa was also fined approximately $1600 and, as a part of her plea, the marijuana possession charges were dropped.
Lucky gal!
