We're gonna give you the live, up-to-the-minute run-down of what's going on, so if you're Tivo'ing the show and don't want to know, or you're waiting for the delayed airing on the West Coast, look away!
8:17pm PT: The show's over, so what did you think? Russell Brand was a very energetic host, but did he take talk of politics and promise rings too far? And although Brit looked gorge and composed, but did Piece of Me deserve three Moonmen? Who was your fave and who should have stayed home?
8:13pm PT: Kanye closes the show singing slightly out of tune? We're underwhelmed.
8:12pm PT: Video of the Year goes to...Britney for Piece of Me, again! Three out of three! The comeback is complete!
8:00pm PT: Ya gotta love Kid Rock for coming out on the stage with a drink in hand. But he looks a little out of place among all the young Disney, Nick and Superbad stars, doesn't he? And the Lil Wayne collabo? Awkward!
7:52pm PT: Best Pop Video goes to...Britney again for Piece of Me! It's only the second Moonman of her career (she won her first earlier in the evening) and she looks so happy! Congrats, Brit!
7:51pm PT: Paris looks at the wrong camera, but she recovers well. Hey, at least she puts a little energy behind her delivery!
7:50pm PT: LL Cool J performs Going Back to Cali with Travis Barker and DJ AM -- that song's still hot, and so is LL!
7:44pm PT: Best New Artist goes to...Tokio Hotel! Really? Is it just the hair?
7:38pm PT: Xtina's got new bangs, a new look (which is kinda like the old Dirrrty look) and a new sound. We love the rendition of Genie in a Bottle, but is she lip-syncing? So unlike her, right?

6:27pm PT: Demi Moore has a hard time getting down those steps, forgets her mic, and stumbles over her lines, but despite the hideous outfit, she still looks pretty damn good for 45!
