How can you say someone is good parent if you've never seen how they are behind closed doors, anyone can smile and pose for a camera. Not everyone that takes their kids with them for a coffee run is a good parent.

How do they 'do it?' They have a fucking nanny watch sad baby clown, that's why they look so "rested." They probably only hold her for photo ops...just like most parents. Get real!
