Owen Wilson's been building a new house for himself for what seems like forever - and now he's finally ready to make it a home! We spotted the troubled actor throwing a small housewarming party at his spankin' new Malibu mansion yesterday afternoon, with a guest list restricted to friends (like Woody Harrelson) and family (like brother Luke). We're pleased as punch for Owen's big move - a change of scenery (especially as, er, scenic as Owen's new pad) can do wonders for a person!
