The thing I noticed about this video is that it's not the same kids. For one thing, these kids are a lot younger than in the other video. It looks to me like some thugs showed up and started video taping and hassling some kids that just wanted to be left alone. You can't even tell if it's the same beach! They probably went over to Zuma and started hassling some vals, so they could post a video of how tough they are.

One other thing. The police are still waiting to see the WHOLE video tape of the first incident. X17 obviously has the tape but is not making it available to the police. All we've seen on the internet is edited video, and even edited, it doesn't make the paps look all that innocent.

The state owns the tide and all submerged land seaward of the "mean high tide line."
