There should be major criminal charges filed. to get to this beach, just take pch north from santa monica to Malibu , about 20 miles, turn left at Heathercliff, and another left at Dume Rd follow to end at Cliffside. Park follow trail down to beach.

I tried those directions but when I got there I couldn't park because tourists had all the spots. So I parked at county line and walked down the beach. That's easier.

or take PCH to Heathercliff , left on Heathercliff , quick left on Dume Dr take to Cliffside Dr, park and follow trail. This is a public beach, it's for everyone. Also, for a fee ,you can park at Paradise Cove (large sign marks entrance on PCH) short walk either way
