Shingles, Cold Sores, Genital....they are ALL herpes. They are different strains. Shingles is predominantly found in 65 and older.

If the pictures and content were posted free of charge - would there be a case? I mean....bloggers post pictures with out consent all the time.....x17,TMZ,PH,....everyone posts pictures of her.....they own the rights to those pictures because they OWN them (or bought the rights from a photo agency that took them). I couldn't imagine that this would be much different - except that the owner is making money specifically off these items that were purchased (that he legally owns).

When you use a storage unit (At least in CA) you sign a contract that if you do not pay your bill - the storage facility has a right to auction the contents of the unit. The storage facility had every right to sell it for not paying a measly $209. The couple that bought the belongings then had a right to sell it.
