Forget One Night In Paris - Paris Hilton wants one day in court! People.com is reporting that the hotel heiress has filed a lawsuit against the people responsible for an infamous website which makes thousands of Hilton's private photos, documents, and videos available to anyone willing to pony up forty bucks. In addition to her grievances over the invasion of her privacy, Hilton is citing the potential for many of the site's documents to enable the theft of her identity or the harassment or stalking of her or her sisters.
