The American Idol judge wanted to address the rumors surrounding her sometimes bizarre behavior when we ran into her (with her cute little chihuahua) outside of a Beverly Hills hair salon yesterday. According to Paula, she's just got a "wacky" sense of humor (which is often mistaken for her being inebriated!), and Simon is actually the one to blame for all the boozy rumors. Paula then posed for a few pictures with her pooch and asked to become the newest member of Team X17! Paula, no matter how incoherent you sometimes are in the judging room (anyone see last night?), you'll always be OUR American Idol!
What do you think of the AI auditions? You think this season will produce another Kelly Clarkson or another Ruben Studdard (who was great, but has practically disappeared since releasing his first album)?
