Those photos are taken by somebody who was eating there, they are sitting in the lower level and the person was using a camera phone from above them. It's clear they didn't know somebody took the photos from inside. They don't want these losers like x17 getting a ton of money shots when they hound them all the time. What money can be made out of Jake driving a car and her not being seen, nothing, the tabloids won't buy that one. They confirmed they are a couple by acting like one in Rome and knowing at somepoint some press agency would find out and take pictures, but that doesn't mean they have to exploit things and become a meal ticket for the paps or for the tabloids.
