Kanye On Rihanna: "I Feel Like That's My Baby Sis"

Rihanna rihkan.jpg

Aww, Kanye West (the man who has an opinion about everything) had some kind words for Rihanna, who was allegedly beaten up by her boyfriend Chris Brown early on Sunday morning.

On Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show, the rapper said that he was "completely devastated by the concept of what [he] heard," and though he didn't have anything to say about Chris, he had plenty to say about the R&B princess, who he toured with last year.

"Rihanna is so important to our culture, to pop music. I feel like she is the most important artist in music and has the most potential. Her taste level and her age, the songs she does and her style and her performance and her voice and everything...she has the potential to be the greatest artist of all time.

In that sense, I feel like that's my baby sis and I would do any and everything to help her in any situation. So, anything that I heard, I dont want to speak too much on it, but I was completely devastated by the concept of what I heard."

All I want to say is, it's so devastating. Just as a person, I don't care how famous she is or even if she just worked at McDonald's I mean, that should never happen. It should never come to that place."

Hmm, who else is going to speak out on this? Is anyone going to give Chris a virtual smackdown via the media? We'll keep you posted...

We wish someone would talk some smack about Chris! Guess we'll have to wait til he's charged...

Sorry, but Kanye is such an opportunist.
Anything to showcase himself.

The "brothers" will all stick together. They'll say it was the white man's fault or something crazy like they always do. Never take responsibility for your actions. Always blame someone else. That's the black culture....

Better to say something than be silent. It's good to have an opinion and he's right - there's no excuse for beating up a woman!

While there continues to be no statement/apology from Chris Brown, Team Rihanna is speaking out.

The Umbrella singer's grandmother, Clara Brathwaite, says, "I don't want people to worry. Rihanna is fine and she is doing well."

And she also denies that Rihanna suffered from a broken nose.

If "Kanye" was any kind of a man he would beat down Chris...but we all know Kanye is really a girly homo...that is why his feelings are always hurt...AWWWWW

HAHAHA I LOVE IT WHEN BITCHES GET THE BEAT DOWN,,NOW LISTEN UP HOS..GO GET ME A BEER AND DO IT NOW!!!

I hope this opens up dialog for the black community to start changing their ways. For years now Rap has glorified beating a woman and many black women have been raised to think it is OK to be beaten. Many black men think it is OK to beat a woman. It is time the black community embrace the fact that beating a woman is never OK. It is time for black men to protect and not destroy. It is time for change.

wow i dont know why the race card is being pulled in this situtation but i will say we dont know the whole story so i wont judge though in any situtation where a man beats a women is wrong

this is to Your Daddy has Spoken..YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!! How would you feel if you had a female like your mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, lil sister or neice, that was being beaten by someone she loved?! You would want to kill them. I hope one day a FEMALE kicks yo @$$ for that close minded, idiotic theory you have.

Violence towards females in domestic and other crimes are a cave man's way. We should do as the bible say and turn the other cheek when times are rough.

I think Kanye is an excellent artist but does have some personality issuses. I don't like Rianna's music but I think she is a good romodel and if her music enspires people that is a good thing. No one dosen't deserve to be beaten even if she threw the first punch chris could have restrained her a better way. But as for chris I was a big fan of his and I really feel bad for him. If he went as far as bite her he really needs anger management big time.
